Monthly Rentals in Stadtbezirk 1

Very nice flat in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants within a short walk. Felt very safe and peaceful. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Only issue was it was quite warm inside the flat during the recent heatwave, but opening the large windows and using a fan helped. Would recommend for a good stay in Dusseldorf.

Very cozy small apartment but not cluttered, fully equipped kitchen and everything was very clean. Location was more than perfect for us, easy to go everywhere. Getting up so many stairs to the 5th floor was definitely a work-out so be mindful of that. On the good side, the view is AMAZING! It was perfect for our small week stay and LaMott was very friendly and responsive. Wish we had the time to do some yoga classes, maybe next time! I can recommend it :)

Comfortable flat for a great stay in Düsseldorf. The place is clean with a lovely terrasse.

The apartment is easy to reach and pleasant. We particularly liked the coffee machine, a rarity in such an apartment. Julia is straightforward and very likeable. And Derendorf has a lot to offer!
