The apartment is located on the 4th floor on the street side, with elevator. Freshly renovated, all furniture are new and in one room. Well located in the "21st apartment" in Düsseldorf. This approx. 40 sqm apartment is in a great location, quiet and absolutely central, in the heart of Düsseldorf. Within walking distance through a beautiful park, you can reach Königsallee in 10 minutes, or in the other direction, the modern media harbor. The hip Lorettostraße, with its small individual boutiques, restaurants and bars are right outside the front door. The fair can be reached by train within 25 minutes.

Our apartement is situated in a quiet neighborhood. There is a separate entrance and a patio where you can sit outside, weather permitting. You will find the entrance to the Duesseldorf trade fair only 200 m away and the convention center in 400 m. At the Merkur Arena with concerts and sport events you arrive on foot in 1.8 km. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.

Family apartment in the south of Duisburg

We have a 110 sqm apartment for 4 people in our house. There is a 50-inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access in both the living room and both bedrooms. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool (6 am - 9 pm) is of course possible as well as breakfast with us in the morning. Both are included in the price. The sauna is a private area and costs €15 per 3 hours and person

Apartament for business people

Small, peaceful flat (for 1 guest) with modern facilities, located directly next to the Düsseldorf trade fair centre and the Nordpark. The train station with a direct connection to the city centre is just 5-8 minutes ( walking distance) away from the flat and takes you directly to the city centre (10-minute drive). Restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket are also within easy reach. Breakfast (individually by request) is included in the daily price.

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.

Relax in this special and quiet house. Gather strength for your activities or trade fair visits. In two minutes you are at the S-Bahn stop and in 10 minutes by public transport in the old town. 30 minutes to the fair. Not suitable for children under 14 due to a missing railing on the top floor stairs. It is a place where parties and unannounced guests are not tolerated.
