In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Charming cottage with amazing views in the centre of Triglav National Park. A great place to get away from busy city life. With a secluded location and beautiful views you can truly relax or take a scenic hike. The cottage is walking distance to Soča river source, Alpe Adria Trail, Julius Kugy monument and other hiking trails. The perfect getaway for anyone in search of an adventure. The house has 1 wood-burning stove in the kitchen and 1 tiled stove in the living room, which conjure up a cozy warmth in the house. The bathtub also invites you to relax. In addition, there is a garden with seating and a barbecue at your disposal. Guests especially appreciate nature with its mountain landscape, which invites you to hike. All of this is possible here. We didn’t build an entire chalet village — just one single, extraordinary, beautiful, and cozy chalet at 1,150 meters above sea level, high above Arriach. A stylish sauna and a heated hot tub with picturesque views complete the experience at the Unterkircher Chalet.

Hillside Chalet, Kreischberg

The Hillside Chalet offers space for 9 people on about 120 m². Stylish furnishings in the modern wooden house with an old wood look make the chalet, which was completed in December 2022, something very special. Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
