We had a very nice vacation. Close to skiing, perfect view and a benefit of sauna...

The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

Great place, quiet location. I'd love to come back.

We rented a cottage with a bunch of friends and everything was absolutely great. Communication with the host was fast, everything was clear. The cottage is well equipped and absolutely clean. We were very satisfied.

We have been there for the 2nd time and will definitely be back. Great house. We were there with our kids. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms . The kitchen is well equipped and everything is spotless. Perfect place for a relaxing break.

The place was tiptop and as pictured. The view is a dream. From the main road, it is only a short walk to the accommodation, which is easy to reach with the navigation (Google Maps). A problem we had could be solved to our satisfaction with Hans in the shortest possible time.

We immediately felt at home at Helga's place. The flat is very cozy and centrally located. With the beautiful outdoor area, we were able to settle well in any weather. Helga was very reliable and always easily accessible. We can recommend this apartment 100%.

The place was absolutely stunning—even better than the pictures—with breathtaking views, a jacuzzi and sauna that made the experience extra special, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The apartment was super clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The hosts, who live in the upper apartment, were amazingly kind and helpful—always available when needed but never intrusive. They even gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The next towns, with grocery stores and dining options, are just a 10-minute drive away, making everything easily accessible. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The combination of stunning nature, thoughtful hospitality, and top-notch amenities made it an experience we can’t wait to repeat!

Alexandra is friendly host. We stayed 2 night, location is great, just 1 hour to Salzburg or Hallstatt. Place has private covered parking. Everything went fine

The apartment is in a very quiet environment, is comfortably furnished & has a great view of the mountains. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and always had a nice contact with each other. We can recommend the apartment without hesitation.

Fantastic family vacation in the middle of the mountains! We were warmly welcomed by the hostess Elisabeth and were able to check in flexibly by short arrangement. The Cosy Alpin apartment offers enough space for the 3 of us and is simply super nice and cozily furnished - the direct view of the mountains completes this perfectly. The outdoor area (fireplace, conservatory, dog area) is also designed with a lot of love for detail and invites you to cozy hours under the enchanting starry sky. We received great tips for excursions in the area and otherwise you could contact Elisabeth at any time. Thank you for the hospitality - it was a completely successful holiday. This place was a dream. The view was gorgeous and so peaceful. The place was super cozy and so clean and beautiful. It had everything one could need including fluffy bathrobes! The hot tub was our favorite part. Easy to use and so relaxing. There were other people staying in the other apartment but we still felt like it was very private. Honestly felt like the East side apartment is the best one because of the views. If possible we would totally come here again.

Great accommodation for a quick getaway. We spent 3 days 'above the same' and explored the area on foot and by bike. A beautiful mountain landscape!

Booked last minute and available by chance. Beautiful villa with all comforts, underfloor heating in the living/dining room, wonderful sauna and spacious jacuzzi, good beds, near the slopes and a 12-minute drive from Katschberg Höhe. With 8 adults and a child of 7, more than enough space. Also recommended in the spring, summer or autumn season. In any case, we'd love to come back again.

We stayed with our two kids who loved their upstairs bedrooms. The house is modern but warm and homely at the same time. It's a really well designed place and Igor clearly cares about the comfort of his guests. it was spotless and we loved spending time here during a spell of rainy weather and simply watching the mountains change with the weather. It was great to find all the basics like oil, spices, dishwashing tabs etc. in abundance. Igor was always super kind and responsive. We would love to come back!

Beautiful chalet in a strategic location within walking distance to the ski slopes. We never moved the car. Quiet and well organized with plenty of space for everyone. Perfect heating, new bathrooms, super-equipped kitchen, top Christmas atmosphere, we entered with the Christmas tree lit. Beautiful stube with wood available. Parking for 2/3 cars and very quiet area. Super recommended!

This was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed at on a vacation. The house is also quite new, has ample washrooms and is situated in a quite neighborhood. The views are great, and the air is clean. This was a great home base for our daily excursions.

We had a wonderful time at Wörthersee and Martina‘s house was a fantastic base for us and a home from home. The kids enjoyed the table tennis and table football and granddad the shade under the trees in the garden. The views are stunning and the walk to the beach through the woods was special.

The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to other families traveling with pets!

Perfect for many guests with pets (dogs). Private house and gazebo, very nice in good weather. Charging an electric car with Wallbox is very easy and can be paid directly to the landlord. In the middle of nature, very quiet and very nice view of the valley, the mountains, the cathedral and St. Johann. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
