Very friendly hostess. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean. In the kitchen, all kinds of cooking utensils are available. The bathroom has its own washing machine. Parking is very close. Although only 12 hours of parking are officially allowed here, you can also stay longer. There are also parking spaces at the recycling center. The apartment was very cozy in winter, only sometimes a little cold. That may also have been because I didn't quite understand the heating system :). The location is very quiet with good hiking and a very good restaurant in the immediate vicinity. It also has a supermarket within walking distance. I would love to come back anytime

Very dear and courteous hosts. Rubén was very accessible and always responded quickly when we had a question. The Waschhüsli is very cozy, especially on the upper floor you can relax wonderfully with a book or movie. The small kitchen was great for cooking for the two of us. There is even a raclette grill available :) A big plus for comfort are also dishwasher, washing machine, iron, so we got along very well even with a 14-day stay. Each room has separate heating, which has both an air conditioning and a heating function and worked perfectly! The cottage was sparkling clean and we were greeted with vegan chocolate and fruit, great! We were there over New Year's Eve and had a wonderful time. The area around Appenzell is perfect for countless day trips into nature and the Alpstein. Highly recommended for mountain lovers in winter, as well as summer!

We were seven friends and were received in a very friendly manner. Every extra request was fulfilled in a very friendly way. The very tasteful and artistically renovated old farmhouse must be immediately taken to heart. Every detail is incredibly beautifully designed. The garden, where you can sit outside in front of and behind the house and from where you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance, is a dream. And there are many different coffee machines and a dishwasher.

We stayed at Umberto's appartment with my family and my daughters' boyfriend. The appartment has plenty of space to comfortly accomodate 4 people, even 5 as my daughters' best friend also joined for a night. Everything is clean and quite new, with very well equiped kitchen, magnifiscent view to the lake and the green suroundings. It is at a walking distance from the lake and very close to Rorschach, St. Gallen and Bregenz. Umberto is extremely responsive, hospitable and available to help. Check-in videos and instructions that were provided were extremely acuarate and helpful. Definitely we shall stay again at Umberto's appartment when back in the region.
