The home is just 4 feet off the sea wall so the home is best suited for adults that are looking for that quiet get-a-way. Upper has 2 beds & a tri-fold mattress. Our driveway is shared so we can accommodate for one vehicle and it must fit under our carport and there is no street parking. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs permitted.

This home was as clean, if not more, than some of the nicest places, even hotels, that we have stayed at. Updated beautifully, you couldn't convince me that some of the work wasn't completed yesterday, it was immaculate. We traveled with our toddler, and Nancy already had a pack and play, highchair, appropriate sized life vests, and toys. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous and spacious, we enjoyed the heated pool daily. Even on a chilly (66 degree) day, we still swam. A short distance to Tampa, we recommended planning to eat most meals in the Tampa area, as around Apollo Beach we were disappointed by the selection. Not the hosts fault! We would readily stay again, just would have needed to pick up more groceries to cook (publix is close!) or plan better for meals out. We enjoyed the Florida Aquarium in Tampa, the Manatee Observation in Apollo Beach, and even took a day trip to Anna Maria Island. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and look forward to visiting again.

I stayed at the "V" for nearly two weeks, and I was perfectly comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Matthias was friendly, responsive, answered all questions, and was beyond helpful. The property goes right up to the water, and the available kayaks were a perfect way to get up and close to nature. I kayaked right next to manatees several times. I caught a snook right off the shore, watched a baby Atlantic stingray snoop around the dock, and the jumping mullet were quite entertaining. The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants, beaches, and other activities. I'll definitely be back. Thanks a lot for everything Matthias! Auf wiedersehen!

The property was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. The comfort of the accommodations truly enhanced our overall enjoyment of the trip. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional amenities offered here. The outdoor area was quite large, offering a perfect spot for relaxation, entertaining and enjoyment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael's home. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood with great beach access, although who needs the beach when you have such a beautiful garden to spend time in. With the ocean views, dolphins riding by, the pool and fishing off the dock our kids were so happy just to be home. Michael is a great host, incredibly responsive, generous (he bought our lunch after our fight in) and helpful. This is a fantastic choice, you will not be disappointed!!

We had a wonderful time! The house and all accommodations were amazing. Awesome quiet location with everything that we needed, safe neighborhood. We were able to sit in the backyard and watch the manatees and able to relax and unwind in the hot tub. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, was quick to respond to questions and reached out to us to see if we had questions and offer suggestions. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.
