Great value!! We loved the pool area and very quiet neighborhood!

This home was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Charlie was responsive and provide incredible recommendations anytime we asked. The yard was private and secure and the neighborhood was quiet. The home has everything we needed! We didn't have to travel more than 30 minutes to beaches, delicious restaurants and ice cream. I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at this wonderful home for my daughter’s graduation from Eckerd College, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is unbeatable—literally right across the street from the Eckerd College, which made everything so convenient. The house itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and such a relaxing space for our family to enjoy some downtime. Nan, our host, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel so welcome, and by the end of our stay, I truly felt like I had made a friend. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Eckerd or looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay in the St. Pete area!

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful house and pool area. The back is private with plenty of space. Jeff was always responsive and everything was as described. The girls being able to get eggs every morning was an added touch of experience for them. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for the ten day stay. Tarpon Springs is an annual tradition and we weren't disappointed.

Nothing super fancy, but clean and comfortable in a great location. Fishing right out the back door, and the beach just across the street. Great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Great value. Will DEFINITELY stay there again

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here! The view, location, and amount of space is fantastic for our family of 6. Also appreciate the fast responses to any questions. As a bonus, the Candy Kitchen across the street was a favorite visit spot for the kids. Thanks again for a great stay!

being 7 months pregnant this place was perfect for a quick baby moon! the beach is just a walk across the street, plenty of restaurants less than a 5 minute drive and had everything we needed for the beach as well.

Anne Marie’s place was amazing! We were in unit #4. It was an end unit with lots of windows with perfect roll up shades. There’s no way to describe how close you are to the beach. The parking is right at the door and we loved that since my husband is disabled. Supplies were plentiful. There were beach chairs and beach towels for our use. Highly recommend the Beach Chill Inn for a quiet and peaceful stay on Madeira Beach! You will be pleased with this location. Close to John’s Pass and less than 30 minute drive to Clearwater and St. Pete Beach.

This was a perfect stay for our family. The place had a good balance between common areas and bedroom areas. There were chairs and a great beach umbrella for us to set up a spot on the beach just a short walk away. The beach area was pristine and great for swimming. The host was super friendly and really made us feel at home there.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

Everything in listing was as described. the beach was right there and not having to worry about umbrellas, chairs, coolers etc was fantastic. we had a great stay and would love to go back. our section of beach was not crowded.

Dirk was an incredible host from the moment we booked. He replied quickly, sent clear check-in instructions, and even had the house ready earlier than expected. The home is located in a charming historic neighborhood that’s both central and peaceful—perfect for families. Everything was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Having a private parking spot was a huge plus. One of our favorite details was the beach chairs available for guests—small touches like that made our stay even better. We truly felt at home and would happily return to the Treehouse. Thank you, Erika and Dirk, for a lovely experience!

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! Great location and a nice space. My family loved the big pool area and that it was right next to the beach.

Melissa’s place was just as advertised! It was very clean and had everything we needed- beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys/shovels, umbrellas etc. We had everything needed in the kitchen to cook in a few nights of our stay. Check in was smooth & she offered to even drop off a beach chair or anything that was needed if it wasn’t already in the condo which I thought was very nice that she would offer to do that and not have us spend our own money on it. All restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir shops were within walking distance. Good restaurants around that we really enjoyed were Shells & The Toasted Monkey. Larry’s Ice Cream Shop had the best ice cream we went 3 nights in a row during our stay. We would definitely book with Melissa again in the future.

We came for our vacation 3 weeks after hurricanes Helene and Milton. Luckily, the condo was not damaged by either storm and Beth welcomed us with open arms! This beautiful dog friendly condo was perfect for myself, husband and elderly parents. There are a couple of grassy areas for the dogs to go potty. (I always worry about that while in a beach town). The stairs were easy for my parents to climb and the condo is only steps to the beach. The inside is beautifully decorated and the king size beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with for the week. I left my Tiffany’s earrings in a nightstand drawer but Shannon, the property manager, got them for me and returned them the next day! Highly recommend this place and I will definitely stay there again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Beautiful beautiful venue - beach right outside the door. Balcony great for just sitting and listening and watching the water. Host very receptive and helpful. Great restaurants right across the street. We found it very restful and relaxing.

We had a great time with our 3 young children. Everything we needed was there- chairs, umbrella, toys, a wagon. Bliss was very accessible and responsive to all texts. The location of the condo, right on the beach, was so convinient which isn’t always the case when traveling with kids. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! We will definitely be back if we ever have the opportunity again.

My husband and I are feeling incredibly grateful to have been able to come back to this beautiful home in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. The home is so clean, and so inviting. Rachel is an amazing hostess. This place holds such a special charm, made even more meaningful as we see the community still coming together to rebuild after last year’s Hurricane . The resilience and warmth of the people here is truly inspiring—it’s a reminder of the strength that comes from unity. We’re humbled to have witnessed this.
