It was within walking distance to Spaddy’s Coffee, a delightful Cuban Bakery, and the other activities happening during my stay. Kristin & Jeff were great, easy to communicate with, and proactive.

Was a wonderful home for the three of us. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Our annual family vacation since 2003 has been spring training baseball and 2 of the 3 family members come down each year while the third lives in the area. The home was less than 2 miles from the dunedin spring training stadium of the Blue Jays and less than 2 miles from the Philadelphia Phillies spring training ballpark in Clearwater. Was a perfect home base for all of us. The home was clean and spacious and had everything imaginable needed. It was so well laid out that even every wall switch had labels on what each switch did. Who does that ??? Much appreciated on all levels and can we reserve this every year from here on out each spring ?? Thank you for a wonderful home and a place we could share our family tradition together this year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The location is perfect. Beach access is just a few minutes away and the pier is no more than a 15 minute walk along the beach. There are a ton or restaurants and stores nearby, too! Although we didn’t use them, there were beach lounge chairs in the condo and other beach items down past the laundry room! When we weren’t out, we loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the condo. The pool was just outside the door, so it was easy to run back and forth as needed. The kitchenette was everything we needed to heat up leftovers or snacks! Because the location made going to the beach and exploring stores so easy, we didn’t do much else which made it a perfect and relaxing trip! We will definitely be back!

If you're coming to Tampa for more than 2 weeks, LOOK NO FURTHER! This property is going to be your FAVORITE place to stay! Being right outside of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, this home is quite, pristine and well kept. The lake in the backyard is stunning and we fished every day! You can have dinners on the boat dock and enjoy the sunset and the birds flying by. It was an oasis for us while we stayed for 5 weeks for a medical trip. The home is clean and had the best stocked spice pantry for cooking needs. Waking up every day to that lake is magical and we were so grateful we stayed here. Brian is a great host! He was responsive and friendly, even bringing over fishing poles and a gift for our son. The house is kid friendly with many games and a tree house in the backyard. Our son caught his first fish at this house. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house is well decorated and updated. We loved the screened in patio too. We will stay here again! Thanks Brian, all the best

This rental exceeding my expectations. It is beautifully decorated and they thought through every detail. There’s plenty of space to entertain with large dining tables and couches inside and out. The pool, putting green, and outdoor games were awesome! Great location, easy to get downtown with so many great restaurants and bars. Bree was great and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We can’t wait to book it again next year!

House was so beautiful and very clean. Sabrina was so great. I really appreciated her flexibility to allow us to check out a little later. Upscale furnishings and very well maintained property. I would definitely stay again. The outside area and pool was beautiful. The only con was the pool was not heated so some of us could not use it, I really tried but it was just too cold, even though the temp outside was in the high 80's the pool had not acclimated yet. But overall we really had wonderful family time :) Thank you so much Sabrina!

This house was perfect for our long weekend stay in FL! It was within a 10 minute drive to the beach and close to stores and restaurants. The house was exactly as described and shown in photos. One of our favorite amenities was the backyard with the hot tub and outdoor furniture to come back to after a day at the beach and a night out. Monika was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend Monika’s place!

Words can't explain how happy I was. I didn't even want to leave. The house was like paradise for me. As soon as I entered the house, it greeted me with tenderness. It had all the amenities and more. The neighbors were very cordial. The neighborhood was very friendly. The reason for the trip was for my mom's 80th birthday, which was being celebrated at my brother's house, and since there wasn't enough room for everyone in his house, we had to look for a house on Airbnb, and it was worth it. The birthday party went divine, and on Sunday, we made my mom breakfast at the Airbnb, and my brothers came over, bringing my mom. Everyone was delighted with the house. My sister, who also rented an Airbnb, fell in love with the house and said, "When she comes, she'll stay there too" Dennis thank you for your beautiful home! you'll see me soon again.

This home in Palm Beach was so great for our group vacation! It comfortably slept two couples and two kids, and the layout with the game room in the back of the house gave our kids something to do while the grown-ups got a little more sleep. The fire pit in the backyard is great for making post-beach s'mores. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with a variety of pleasant surprises to make a short stay near the beach even more comfortable. The house itself is historic, which comes with its own quirks and charms. Overall, this is a well-managed property where we felt comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for.

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Place is great, and the location is a quick 10/15 min walk to a ton of restaurants and shopping in the downtown. The house was well stocked with towels and water. Also liked that there was a Britta filter in the fridge. Jeff is very responsive. We were running out of toilet paper and within 10 or 15 min a new pack of toilet paper was delivered to the house. Also like that the house is equipped with smart locks, so all 10 of us could get in and out without having to worry about keys. Definitely recommend the home and would stay again.

We had a wonderful time with the family at Karolina‘s house and would book it again. Especially the pool and playroom was awesome for our kids. To enjoy beautiful sunsets on Honeymoon Island was a highlight for the complete family and we also enjoyed all the stores and restaurants nearby. Communicating with Karolina worked fantastic and in a very quickly. Our family had a great time at this house and we can recommend this house to any family who is looking for an awesome vacation experience!

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

This was a perfect location for a two family vacation and college tour to University of Tampa. We were under 10 minutes to everything. Also, a nice ride to St Pete. We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful stay and beautiful home! Description of the listing was completely accurate and all of the extra amenities were great. Having a high chair and pack and play with a mattress was perfect for our 2 year old. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with our morning coffee and the pool, and could not beat the location. Communication was quick and thorough. Would definitely recommend!
