Vacation rentals with breakfast in St. Pete Beach

We stayed here for a week and had an amazing experience. Everyone of the other tenants at this resort were super friendly and welcoming. Some were locals that gave us awesome recommendations. The clubhouse itself was clean and well maintained, we only used the pool and hot tub and it was never too crowded when we went. The house itself was super clean and organized, also convenient to many great restaurants and activities. The house was even stocked with beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella, which was a nice surprise. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen was stocked with dinnerware, cookware, utensils, and everything you would need. I highly recommend this house and resort! We will stay here again if we travel back to this area.

We stayed at Melanie’s place from 3-7. Melanie was very accommodating with our group. Loved the little thoughtful extras that were left for us to use such as face wipes, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans for cooking needs. We had a lovely stay and would def recommend!

This home is beautiful! The decor and fixtures (especially the bathrooms) are high end and perfectly styled. Everything was sparkling clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location is so close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. My only disappointment was the pool. It was full of leaves and the robotic cleaner didn’t seem to be able to keep up. I don’t think I would advertise it as having a heated pool. The temperature of the pool never got over 70 and it was too cold to get in. I would definitely stay here again though if ever in the area.

This property is great for families with enough entertainment and space for everyone to feel comfortable. Matter of fact, it was the cleanest house I have ever stayed at. In addition, basic toiletries are included such as toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Along with some snacks. I 100% recommend this property!

We stayed at Bryan and Amie’s place for a week for family vacation. I can honestly say this was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The house was spacious with plenty of rooms for us and our 2 kids (a teen and a pre-teen) to have our own space and lots of areas to spend together as well. The pool was phenomenal, even through some rain showers our kids barely left. The firepit was nice to relax at the end of the day and an outdoor grill allowed us to make some nice dinners at the house! The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds comfortable with lots of closet space. Our favorite room was the day room in the master suite for lounging and reading a good book. Enjoyed taking in an early morning thunderstorm from the screened in porch as well. Amie/Bryan and Amber were very quick to respond and make check in/out a breeze. We were so sad to leave and already can’t wait to come back. Close to so many beaches/things to do in a short drive. Everyone should stay here!! :)

Great place, pool was very nice. Rooms were nice. We stayed with our young kids and there weren’t plastic plates/ cups, but they were careful with the glassware. Fridge was very updated and nice as well as tvs in all the rooms and living room. Great lounging couch. Overall we would stay again.

Willman's home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and most of all it felt like home. I felt very safe in this beautiful neighborhood. It was close to the Conference Center where we were attending meetings all week. I really enjoyed the beautiful kitchen where we could prepare our own meals. We have stayed in many homes but "The Fountain" tops them all! The host Willman was very attentive to our needs. You can't go wrong renting this home.

Extremely response, more then enough space, and was a pleasant extended stay. The neighbors were very friendly and polite and offered a-lot of assistance/local recommendations. Will be rebooking when we have friends /family come to town!

I stayed at Brent’s kind of last minute and I’m so glad I did. It was so vibrant, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beyond cute! The bnb was probably one of the most well stocked bnb’s I’ve been in. The fridge had an amazing assortment of beverages. There were snacks galore, games, and even an arcade with even more games. Brent was one of the best hosts I’ve ever met! He was so kind, knowledgeable of the area, and so helpful. If you are considering staying at Brent’s, book now. You will not regret it. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Stayed here for a vacation and it was just right. The place was quiet, clean, and felt very private. Check-in was super easy, and I didn’t need to contact the hosts at all, which I appreciated. The AC worked well, and the house, while on the smaller side, had everything we needed. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous—great for morning walks. There were even some basics in the fridge, which was a nice touch. I also liked the subtle marine-themed add-ons throughout the space—they gave it a cozy, coastal vibe. For the price, it was a great stay with no complaints

This place was awesome! The host was very quick to respond both with communication and questions we had. It was very clean and it was wonderful to have some things available to us during our trip, such as some water in the fridge. It was within a mile walk to the stadium. We felt safe walking to and from the stadium within the neighborhood, even late at night. Thank you for a great stay; would highly recommend.

It's a very good house with a breathtaking view, everything is there and the beds are very comfortable, I really liked it, I'm sure you'll stay here again

My boyfriend and I travelled with my mother. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners communicated easily and the place was super cute. Great location. Safe neighborhood. Would stay again!

Christina was very helpful as we were in town for a cruise and they kick you off the ship at 8 am and Christina accommodated us in every way. Loved the place and the balcony. At night they start a fire and light the tiki lights and you can sit out there and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the rocks will your toes in sand. If I’m ever in Tampa I would stay again.

The retreat was outstanding! I enjoyed my stay here. It was relaxing and the hosts were accommodating to all my needs. I’ll stay here again in the future.

This was our second stay at Linda and Warren’s beautiful Airbnb, and once again, it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome. Every morning started with a delicious breakfast and relaxed, friendly conversation that set the tone for the day. They were generous with suggestions on things to do and see around St. Petersburg, and their local insights really enhanced our experience. The location itself is ideal — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Linda and Warren go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I stayed at Anne’s place. She is delightful, warm and welcoming but completely unobtrusive. The set up is ideal. It is part of her house but has a separate door to enter the apartment with the bedroom and bathroom. Anne messaged me several days before I arrived asking me what I would like for breakfast. The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, totally private and quiet and lovely lush garden in her backyard

This place was a surprise find! Looking for something close to my company meeting and this place popped up. Upon arrival it was gorgeous. I immediately thought of a wedding venue. Large property with lots to do. First time doing a bed and breakfast which if you like to have a common area is perfect. Would definitely recommend and consider visiting again.

Beautiful place steps from beach, the balcony area is so relaxing and happy hour on roof is a added bonus. All the staff was wonderful as well

Tenille accommodated me in spite of the last min request. She was super friendly and the room was a dream. She had a goodie basket and was an amazing host. I highly recommend staying at her place

We had a wonderful stay! The location can’t be beat and the space was exactly as pictured with one caveat— only one of the bedrooms has a door and is private. The other bed is in an area attached to the common area and has no door. At night, the bathroom can only be accessed by walking through the bedroom area so there isn’t any privacy for the people sleeping there. It wasn’t a big deal for us but it may be for some. Otherwise, the stay was perfect. The host couldn’t have been more responsive. I 💯 recommend!
