Your 1,000 square foot loft-style, 1-bedroom apartment is located in a mixed-use building comprised of 3-residential apartments on the 2nd floor of the building. Your apartment features an open concept, state-of-the-art spectrum mood lighting in the kitchen and bathroom (as shown in the photos), tall ceilings, gas fireplace, modern décor with stainless steel appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Also for your safety, the apartment is equipped with an ADT security system. FREE Off-Street Parking is provided directly behind the building. As shown, the apartment is equipped with 2-flat screen Smart TVs with basic cable and use of our free Netflix streaming service while you lodge with us. Do not miss out on this Saint Louis Hill's landmark. This is an awesome penthouse right next door to Willmore Park( there is a dog park there) and walking distance away from Francis park. Penthouse has an open floor plan with 2 floors, a work space, family room on both floors, full bar, 3 bedrooms and one and a half bath. Downtown is about a 10/15 minute drive. Food places in area include Salt and Smoke, Donut Drive In, Mom's Deli, Legrands, Rockwell Beer Garden in Francis park and much more.
