Penthouse has an open floor plan with 2 floors, a work space, family room on both floors, full bar, 3 bedrooms and one and a half bath. Downtown is about a 10/15 minute drive. Food places in area include Salt and Smoke, Donut Drive In, Mom's Deli, Legrands, Rockwell Beer Garden in Francis park and much more.
