Vacation rentals with breakfast in St. Leonards On Sea Beach

Our stay was lovely and peaceful, exactly what we wanted from an escape from London. The local area is beautiful and it was so easy and inexpensive to get to from London. You can easily walk to Frant village centre on footpaths with the instructions that our host gave us. Gayle (Moppy) was so helpful and responsive and gave local recommendations before hand and during our trip.

We stayed at Rosalyn's for a couple of nights while seeing family. The flat is perfectly located, very close to the station and an easy walk to the beach and the various shops & restaurants St Leonard's has to offer. Hastings is about a half-hour seafront stroll. The flat itself was clean, bright, and had all we needed. Rosalyn was also very quick to respond to any queries. We would be more than happy to stay here again. __

Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. The top floor bedroom in this property is just the most wonderful space it has ever been my pleasure to wake up in!! The house is so light and sunny with a glorious view of all the greeenery that is the beginning of the dunes. The property was very well equipped and the beds and bedding were so comfy, so much so that the friend I went with has ordered one of the beds as she said she hadn’t slept so well in years! Camber Sands and the dunes are absolutely stunning, such an amazing facility right on the doorstep. All in all, a really great stay and I will definitely be back - thanks Fran .

Our stay at Anna's property was great. A lovely house, providing everything you could need and more. The weather wasn't always kind to us, but we managed several walks to the nature reserve and beach. A good pub a few minutes walk away with a nice menu. A walkable distance into Rye itself - though we did get the bus back! We did however bequeath the master bedroom to our our slightly younger guests as the height of the bed was a bit risky for 70yr olds with bad knees! We made use of the bbq provided and garden furniture - an added bonus! All in all a most enjoyable experience. Many thanks Anna.

The Old Workshop Cottage is set in a beautifully peaceful location. Tessa is a truly wonderful host, attentive and caring and nothing was too much trouble for her. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved our time here, there is so much to explore in the area. We would highly recommend this cottage. Our daughter loved relaxing in the hammock!

Wendy’s home was the perfect location for our time in Tunbridge Wells. The parking was super easy, and the house itself had everything we needed, including for our 18 month old. Wendy was the ideal host, and she went above and beyond in her communications and also in the special treats waiting for us when we arrived. I definitely recommend Wendy’s home!

I am writing this review on behalf of my aunt and uncle who stayed in Alex's bnb when I was getting married last weekend. They were delighted with the accommodation, it was lovely clean and cozy and filled with treats! Alex herself was so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond for them during their stay. They wanted me to send their big thanks for making this exciting weekend extra special! I also wanted to say that Alex was really great with communication and directions provided perfect details of where to go and always made herself available. A lovely spacious and luxurious flat within a beautiful house, 15 minute walk to the beach. Great amenities, friendly and helpful owners. Great value! Highly recommended 😊

We had a lovely stay at Gemma's place. We wanted somewhere where we could relax and feel comfortable and this was perfect. The view from the balcony (when it wasn't raining) was beautiful and we can imagine on warm summery evenings it would be great. There was plenty of parking on the road (using the Ringo app), shops nearby and it was a peaceful area. We would stay here again.

We loved staying at Tamsin's place in Battle. Very friendly hosts! Very close (a short walk) to Battle Abbey and the high street. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat if we're in the area!

Enid is absolutely lovely, she went out of her way to make sure we had a brilliant stay. Her place was very clean and well equipped. It is a little out of the way but was easy to get taxis and only 8/9 to get to Hastings old town. I would highly recommend.

Very comfortable and well equipt. A bit small but more than adequate. Off road parking a big bonus. We came to see Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters and wasnt disappointed, but thought Eastbourne a bit rundown, but went to some of the surrounding towns, such as Pevensey and Lewes, which were outstanding, so Eastbourne is a good choice. Thanks very much Roma for being such an outstanding host.

I would say this is one of my favorite places in the UK, truly a hidden gem!! No one would ever regret coming here. Carol and Clive are very helpful and caring. They have a fantastic home in a lovely neighborhood with a huge, beautiful garden. You can spot sheep every day, and they take good care of every plant and even prepare food for the birds. They also leave a bowl of water outside for passing dogs, so sweet! The bed was super comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. The whole village of Lamberhurst is filled with birdsong, and every corner is peaceful and charming. I loved all the restaurants I visited, and everyone I met was genuinely friendly. I’ll definitely come back and stay longer next time. Thanks a mill for everything :)

Very comfy bed. Lush breakfast. Beautiful garden to enjoy the sunset. And a railway carriage for a lounge. What’s not to like? Fab space and excellent hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Sarah greeted us and gave us the warmest welcome, this was an absolutely perfect countryside escape! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautifully converted stable, tucked away in the stunning Kent countryside. The setting is peaceful and picturesque – a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. The space itself was spotlessly clean and styled to perfection, with a lovely blend of charm and comfort. The bed linens were luxurious and incredibly comfortable, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout that made the stay feel extra special. Every detail had clearly been considered with care. We wouldn’t hesitate to return – a real hidden gem!

Excellent value for money! in a quiet cul de sac street away from traffic. We slept very well, lovely cosy bed. Be aware that the entrance is not facing the street but on the side of the house, by the parking spaces. We arrived in the evening and it took us some time to find it. Jeanette is a kind and welcoming host who is there for you and she sets a lovely breakfast!! Her house is a "home sweet home" with all the conforts and we enjoyed this very much.
