Ideal for a family vacation, this is an absolutely beautiful, easily accessible first floor condominium with 2 bedrooms, both with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. Spacious living/dining with smart TVs and wifi throughout, a laundry/utility room and large patio outside. In a beautiful, safe and secure resort surrounded by the King and Bear golf course, with pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and club house, close to all of the superb amenities of the World Golf Village and Saint Augustine.

The queen bed in a separate bedroom offers comfort and privacy and 1 of 3 tvs. Full bathroom, separate shower, fully equipped kitchen, thermostatically controlled AC & space heaters.
