Spacious cottage 2 min to beach~Hot tub/pool

AmberRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Pros: - Great Location:The property is situated in an excellent location, making it easy to access local beaches and shops. - Access to Three Pools: Guests have the luxury of choosing from three nice pools, perfect for relaxation and fun. - Well-Stocked Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook meals during your stay. - Washer/Dryer: The availability of a washer and dryer, along with provided laundry pods, made it convenient to keep clothes clean. - Coffee Pods Included:Complimentary coffee pods were a nice touch, adding to the convenience of the stay. -Extra blankets: my kids love throw blankets. Cons: - Missing Pool and Beach Toys: The listing mentioned that pool and beach toys would be available , but they were not available. There were 2 rusty dirty beach chairs. - There is a spigot, but no hose. We really wanted to bring our dogs to the beach to play in the , we chose not to bc access to the hose was not ideal to clean them.

Barefoot Getaway - your perfect poolside paradise!

ChesleyRating, 5 stars3 months ago
St Joe holds so many special memories for me and my family and when the idea of short getaway to ring in the new year came up I immediately started searching the area. After sharing a few details with Jennifer about the trip everything just fell into place. Jennifer is fabulous host and in my opinion representative of all the people that make up that great community.

Last Minute 30% Off-House-Pool-HotTub-Dog Friendly

DanRating, 5 stars17 months ago
Great location in PSJ. About 2 minute drive to the closest beach, 5 minutes from downtown PSJ with its shops and restaurants, and 50 feet from the community pool and hot tub. The house was exactly as described. Very clean, and Allie responded promptly to all our questions. Barefoot Cottages, the beaches, and many restaurants are all dog-friendly! We would stay here again.

Apalachicola Oyster House w/ New Dock

JoshRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My wife and I loaded up the Poodle and had a great 3 night stay at the Oyster House. The Private dock is incredible, and the place is cozy with tons of “beach vibe” objects all around, both inside and out. Amanda was amazing through the entire process. The house is right on the water and far enough out of town that you truly feel like you have the entire bay to yourself when you relax on the back porch or the dock. So serene.

"Marsh Beauty" Cheerful 2 bedroom cottage.

Maria-JoelleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We wanted to feel at home and at peace and Cindy’s little cottage managed to do both! It was so nicely situated amongst the pines, easy to get to the beach, and away from the hustle and bustle. We were able to rest, read, the cottage had everything we needed. We took one day to drive to Saint George’s island, a very pretty drive with lots to do for the kids. We saw tree frogs, horse shoe crabs, deer and lots of butterflies. The cottage was well landscaped, well stocked and actually had thoughtful additions like olive oil and salt and plenty of toilet paper and towels. If you are on the fence, jump in. If you were writing a book you could do it from here. Thank you Cindy!

Pickels Paradise Too (upper level)& the best deck!

TumainiRating, 5 stars6 months ago
I wanted a getaway for Fall Break with my youngest daughter at the Beach. My oldest daughter recommended Barbara’s place and it was perfect for us. It was bright, clean and cozy. We were mere steps away from our favorite place- the beach! The town is quaint and quiet and not over run with college kids. The people we met were warm and welcoming. We enjoyed a stroll down Main Street and wandering into the little shops. The White Marlin offered us a magnificent view of a stunning sunset along with a top tier dining experience. This a MUST if you want a quiet escape.

Scallop Cove #3 (Phish Headz) - Bayfront Villa

TerryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I enjoyed my time at Phish Heads cottage. Having neighbors in the nearby cottages was just the right amount of social interaction; yet, the scenery and nature were the highlights. So nice to jump between bay fishing and beach fishing in a short walk. Not biting? Just walk over to the other side of the peninsula. Cottage was clean and bed comfortable. Kitchen could use some more utensils. It was nice to find a second key indoors, clearly labeled as an additional key. I think I’ll be returning to Scallop Cove Villas.

Franco’s Cove

BrendaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Nick’s place was in a great location. It’s on a quiet street, but the beach is only a block away. Caribbean Coffee, which had great coffee, pastries & breakfast sandwiches, was just around the corner. There was also a very cute gift shop, Tortuga Moon, next to the coffee shop. We also appreciated the fenced yard for our dogs. Nick was very accommodating & answered all of our questions.

Cheerful cottage in Port St. Joe w/ boat parking

MargaretRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Susan's cottage is so cute!!! It's more spacious than the photos indicate, which was great, and the decor was so cute! The kitchen appliances are all updated and fancy, and Susan provides so many kitchen utensils and tools, which made Thanksgiving prep so easy. The cottage is secluded in clearing in the woods, and the host lives onsite right next door, but this wasn't a turn off to us at all. Super quick and easy trip to get into town and Susan was so so gracious when I accidentally booked for the wrong week and had to change my reservation. Thank you for hosting us!!!

Wakulla River Retreat- Manatee Cottage

BarbaraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was the perfect cottage for my two sisters and me visiting Crawfordville to meet the new great nephew. It was extremely clean (by far the best of any of my past rentals) and the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked -- everything that one would need. The beds and furniture were comfortable and had very nice linens and towels. I loved that they were not the standard hotel white. Also, great feather pillows that I always need to request at hotels. The weather was not the best - cold and rainy so that we did not do much exploring at the river. We played lots of Mah Jongg and visited with baby Walker. I would definitely stay in the cottage again and recommended to my nephew for any out of town visitors they might have in the future. Sarah was a great host and I enjoyed communicating with her.
