In unserem Einfamilienhaus vermieten wir unser modernes Studio. Das Studio befindet sich im 1. Sock, hat einen eigenen Eingang und ist komplett von unserem Wohnbereich getrennt, ausser dem gemeinsamen Treppenhaus. Wir legen viel Wert in Nachhaltigkeit und heizen unser Eigenheim mit Erdwärme und den Strom erzeugen wir mit unserer PV-Anlage. Erleben Sie das besondere Gefühl, mit einem guten Gewissen in den Tag zu starten. Direkt neben dem Hauseingang befindet sich eine gratis Parkmöglichkeit.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt in der Altstadt für Alleinreisende, Freunde und Familie. Historisch, einzigartig, idyllisch und doch irgendwie wild gelegen an der Mülenenschlucht direkt beim UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Stiftsbezirk St.Gallen. Wo heute kaum ein Neubau mehr denkbar wäre, wurde dieses Gebäude vor fast 200 Jahren ursprünglich als Appretur (Textilveredelung) erbaut. Das Haus befindet sich 5-7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, BZBS, OST und Stadtzentrum entfernt.

We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

Diese hübsche 1-Zimmer Wohnung liegt an zentraler Lage im Parterre mit separatem Eingang, kleinem Sitzplatz und eigener Küche. Sie wird sonst als Praxisraum benutzt. Das Badezimmer erreichst du in 1 ½ Meter Distanz über den Flur. Es ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch. Auf Italienisch kann ich mich irgendwie verständigen.

The studio is centrally located and well connected to public transportation. On three levels, it offers a sunny living area, a sleeping gallery, private bath and kitchenette. It creates the atmosphere of a loft based on the tiny house movement. Please keep always in mind to use the different levels and the connecting ladders always with care and at your own risk.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in 5 min. Im Zentrum der Stadt. Es hat nahe Bus- und Bahnverbindungen. Der Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in etwa 7 min. zu Fuß. Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Das schöne Nacherholungsgebiet Drei Weihern oder Peter & Paul kann man gut zu Fuss, mit ÖV oder mit dem Velo erkunden! 😀
