Vacation rentals with a fireplace in St. Gallen

During our autumn stay at Chalet Sönderli, everything worked out. The house is as beautifully green embedded as the photos show. The cleanliness, modern kitchen and spaciousness over 2 floors make it easy to feel comfortable quickly. Good starting point for hikes to the viewpoints of Lake Walen or up the mountains directly from the house. The exchange with Amden Weesen and contactless check-in were pleasantly uncomplicated.

The location was a perfect mid point for everything we had planned. It's in the country on a farm and it's so beautiful and peaceful. Paul was the friendliest, most kind host. He showed us where everything was in the house. It was very private and my dog had plenty of grass to run and play.

The space is very excellent. It has a great location. Overlooking the river and the dwelling features views from all sides Very friendly and respectful host I'll do it again.

We immediately felt very comfortable in the cozy cottage. The kitchen is well equipped and even raclette and cheese fondue are available. The Postbus car goes to Tannenheim and Tannenboden for free, so you can leave the car behind.

We spent New Year's Eve here. Annina and Tim welcomed us nicely, with cervela and salad, which they prepared especially for us. The highlight was the hot tub - just great to warm up there in the evening surrounded by winter scenery!

We were very satisfied and will definitely come back!

The cottage met our expectations. It has a new, spacious and well equipped kitchen. The facilities in the rooms are a little older, but we felt comfortable in the beds. A modern TV with instructions for use was also available, it could be selected from numerous channels (Yallo TV). The heating was a little unusual for us, but due to the settings of the air flaps, it can be adapted to personal needs. It doesn't matter to spend another vacation in this accommodation.

Everything was great. The residence was clean and a short walk into the center of Wil and the train station.

As usual, everything was great, and we felt right at home. We will definitely come back

Matthias is an extremely friendly, patient and attentive host. Despite full and long working days, he always took a lot of time to answer questions about the farm and animals, showed us a lot and made it possible for us to experience everyday life on the farm up close. The apartment is nicely decorated, very cozy and well equipped, everything necessary is available. There are great toys for the kids, indoors and outdoors. The view is beautiful, and there are seating around the house to enjoy the view of the countryside. Good shopping in the village. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is in a great location and the path to the ski slope and ski school is also within walking distance for smaller children. The apartment is very cozily furnished, bright and warm. We had wonderful ski holidays with our two children.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were completely satisfied with the apartment! The house is beautifully located in the middle of nature, east of the village center of Wildhaus – and directly on the cross-country ski trail! In the morning, you can comfortably ski across the meadow to the valley station and, after a great day of skiing, enjoy the last descent right to the front door. A special highlight was the superbly equipped kitchen – better than any other AirBnB I've visited so far. Nothing is really missing here! Rita, the hostess, was extremely friendly, always helpful and wonderfully relaxed. We felt very comfortable and would book the place again anytime. Absolute recommendation!

The cottage is so nicely located! In the morning with a cup of coffee on the terrace the mountains in view (sometimes even with some balloons in the foreground). Because you are on the side of the house, privacy is guaranteed; really a private paradise. Charly and Kate were always available to answer questions, share hiking experiences, and to make hiking suggestions. In short, a great stay and a top holiday.
