This stylish apartment on the second floor of a charming townhouse combines modern design, abundant natural light, and an exceptional central location. Despite its central location, the apartment offers a peaceful atmosphere and is the perfect retreat after a day in the city. A special highlight is the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast, unwind in the evening, or simply soak up the atmosphere in the heart of the city. The apartment features an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom with two comfortable queen-size beds, accommodating up to four guests. High-quality materials and modern furnishings create a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. A Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi are available throughout your stay. For longer visits, a washing machine and dryer are conveniently located inside the apartment. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. Another unique feature of the building is the small brewery located on the ground floor, where you can enjoy a freshly brewed beer and end your day in a relaxed setting. Check-in is simple and fully self-service via a door access code and a key safe.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.
