Lovely home and great bang for the buck! great communication as well! ...the only issue we had was the thermostat was raised each date to nearly 80 degrees and it took too long for it to come back down to a sustainable comfortable temperature. It's like someone else had control over it, instead of us.

Rick’s home was amazing for me and my friends for our 2 week stay. We loved the location and the home offered us plenty of space. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Rick was responsive and gave us plenty of info up front which made check in very smooth. Would 100% recommend this as a place to stay in the Kissimmee area! Thanks Rick!

Wonderful place to stay! If Orlando doesn't offer you enough to do, stay in and you will be well entertained by the movies, ping-pong, and pool. Great back yard to relax in! Well stock kitchen. Highly recommend this place.

I had an incredible experience; from the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). It had everything I needed — comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was fantastic — quiet and safe, but still close to a Walmart and other essential stores. The host was outstanding — super responsive, helpful, and kind. They made sure I felt welcome and had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and close to our travel plans. The house was great and well kept. We enjoyed the pool and the view. Definitely recommend.

This location is hands down my favorite property in the Orlando area. The house was so much better than the pictures and descriptions! We had so many options from the multiple game rooms, the theater, the pool to keep the entire family occupied, we really could have skipped the parks and still had a great vacation. Chris was extremely helpful, sending information and instructions well in advance of check-in. He was very quick to respond to any message I sent. The kids said on the way home that this was their best vacation EVER! They can't wait to stay at this property again when we come back to Orlando.

He didn’t just hand over the keys; he opened the door to an experience. You could tell right away that he cares, not just about his property but about the people who walk through his gates. Home Away from Home Inside the Airbnb, everything was just right. The space was cozy and inviting, but also clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. It felt like it was made with heart, not just business in mind. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the bed? The kind you sink into and forget the world for a while. It wasn’t just a place to sleep—it was a place to live. By the end of our stay, it didn’t feel like we were leaving an Airbnb. It felt like we were saying goodbye to a relative’s home—one that you actually want to visit again and again.

We had a wonderful time! Easy 30 minute drive to Disney. Quiet neighborhood and the kiddos loved the pool! Host was very responsive before and during our trip! Having the crib and high chair for our baby was super helpful to save room in our packed car for the trip! Loved being able to do laundry and having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the master bath was a plus thank you so much! The pull-out mattresses under the kid twins bed was super helpful! Thank y'all so much!

Susie's listing is just as pictured and clean. It was quiet. Communicating with Susie was easy and pleasant. There's plenty of space and great 2 bedrooms have their private bath. We appreciate her kindness and being attentive to our stay.

Our stay here was great! It was a mini blended family vacation for us. Plenty of space and bathrooms! Private pool that my kids practically lived in while we stayed. There is a grocery store and shops less than 5 minutes from here. Would stay here when we visit again!

Great stay, we were there for 2 weeks and it was a perfect base for us while we explored Disney and Universal. 20-30mins from the parks, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Amazing home beautifully decorated. I only wish I could have stayed more than one night. I'll definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it for families and groups of 4-6. When I arrived, check in was super easy and they had the lights on for my late arrival through the home, which made it easy to find my way to a comfy bed.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this location. Not too far from food or stores. Target just around the corner for your last minute needs. Felt right at home🫶🏽

This is hands down best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando. The house looked just like the photos, very clean, check in and out was very easy and the pool was amazing and clean. There was complimentary wine waiting for us and the host was very nice and responsive. Can't wait to go back!

Great place!!! 10 minutes from Universal Studios no traffic to or from everyday we went. The pool was perfect for that relax break day away from the parks. My kids enjoyed the time. Highly recommended it. Close to the parks but far enough to get away from the craziness of the tourist spots.

We were driving in from Pennsylvania for a surgery consult for my son at Nemour’s. The location was very convenient to the hospital, which was great. Initial check in didn’t go so well as I had reached out for a code to get in and did not hear back until after we got there. We went ahead and did grocery shopping, and by the time we were done, we had the code to get in. That was a little frustrating after driving from Pennsylvania, but no big deal. Besides that, the place was clean, very comfortable, very safe. The pool was a perfect temperature, but bring your own pool floats, etc as there are none. There was also a major shortage of utensils so if you have a large group, you’re going to need to bring some (we just bought a cheap set from Walmart). Lots of nice towels, linens and pillows were very nice. We found the beds very comfortable. There’s lots of room, Wi-Fi works well. Lots of major stores and restaurants nearby. This is a comfy home. The pool and spa area are lovely and we spent much of our time there. The home is well equipped and has a washer and dryer. Nice, private neighborhood with a guard gate.

Comfortable, spacious, and clean. Kids loved the pool. Wife loved the laundry. I loved the kitchen. Very quiet area.

We had a wonderful, quiet family stay. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. We are a family of 6 and we did not feel cluttered. Clean, convenient location. The master king bed was very comfortable.
