We built this retreat and completed the bulk of construction December 30,2024. Originally to accommodate family members with transitional housing however, those family members are unable to settle in St. Cloud yet. The current plan is to continue to provide a comfortable retreat for the community without over charging.

We loved our stay! It was convenient for everything we needed. 30 minutes to Orlando International airport to pick up and drop off family members. 45-50 minutes to Universal Studios. 20 minutes to the wedding venue we were attending. It was also perfect for our impromptu birthday/pool party for my nephew. We had plenty of space for people to relax, both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend!!!

Cathy’s place was easy to find, right on the lake. She was easy to communicate with. She had clear instructions how to get in and when we arrived they were there to welcome my parents and even offered to help. Told my parents if they needed anything they could knock on the door of the main house. The little cottage was right on Alligator Lake and they had tables and chairs outside to overlook the lake. It was a wonderful place to stay.
