We loved staying at Bonnie’s place! The Soulard neighborhood was such a beautiful and walkable neighborhood to stay in. The house was spotless and there were thoughtful touches like lots of snacks and well stocked coffee.

Ann’s place was perfect for our group of 10! We liked the space the house provided - the living room and kitchen area were great for dinners and watching movies together. We could all sit down at the big table for meals. The kitchen had all the pots/pans/dishes/utensils we needed to cook breakfast and dinner…and the coffee maker and ice machine were great! Our daughter enjoyed playing the piano! The 5 rooms had enough comfortable beds for all of us and it was convenient that there was a bathroom on each of the three floors. The master bedroom had a nice shower and soaking tub! Challenges we had was getting our luggage up and down the stairs. Also, the house address is at the end of a blocked street. There is street parking in front of the house, but if you want to park in the enclosed garage, you need to drive around the block to get to the garage. It’s easy to figure out once you see it. You need a remote or Genie code from Antoinette to get in. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Ann!

Cozy, comfortable, well-stocked duplex in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located at a good price. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Pleasant hosts. This is now my go-to place for visits with family in Belleville.

I loved the apartment - hardwood floors and vintage structure.

I found our stay here extremely peaceful and exactly what we needed. We were grieving the death of a very close family member while simultaneously reuniting with family members we have not seen in a while. It was the perfect relaxing space to find solace and reconnect. The hosts were flexible and accommodating and I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again.

We had a great stay. Kim and Scott were wonderful and provided many great local options for activities and dining! Location was very convenient with many fun restaurants/bars close by.

An absolutely beautiful, spacious home with a gorgeous, chic interior, right down the street from Tower Grove and plenty of delicious eats, as well as a short drive from the Arch and the heart of the city. Our stay was perfect, we couldn’t have possibly asked for more. I would recommend this home 1000% and would be thrilled to stay again!!!

Great hosts! Super responsive and answered all questions quickly! Huge space and overall had a great time. The park is also very pretty across the street! Neighbors are also super friendly.

The apartment was excellent—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host and receptionist were both helpful, especially with guiding us on how to use the Latch app for access. The building itself was very quiet at night, which made for a peaceful stay. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The layout of the building was a bit confusing at first, but manageable once I got my bearings. My only minor complaint is the strong aroma pumped into the hallways—not really to my taste. Fortunately, that scent didn’t carry into the apartment itself, which I appreciated. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Tracey has created a lovely little haven. Her space exudes peace and comfort and provides all one could want for a short or longer stay. The park across the street was a great place to take my dog for walks. Grocery and other stores are nearby and the freeway is easily accessible. Tracey is a welcoming and thoughtful host.

I have stayed in this unit on multiple trips and will continue to book it. I love that I am close to the hospital and within walking distance to Target. The building itself is beautiful and felt very secure and safe. It was a great stay, as always.

My wife and I absolutely loved our experience! Eugenia was very sweet and met us at the front door with a smile. It was very clean and plenty of space! Parking was secure with a gate. Walking distance to everything and we had the best time cruising around downtown on the lime motorized scooters and drove them right up to Ballpark Village! Loved it! Perfect for a couple! The first-floor unit is updated, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The complex has excellent amenities, and we appreciated the secure, dedicated parking. We also enjoyed having a nice TV in the bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed almost a week, so having an in unit washer/dryer was especially helpful! Exceptional communication from host--really seemed to care about our experience. Location is close to many attractions, e.g., Tower Grove Park, downtown St. Louis, Metrolink station, Forest Park, etc. Short drive or walk to many restaurants and safe area to walk our dog--complex even has an outdoor area for dogs! We come to STL a few times each year and had previously stayed in another area, but we will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Four adults and twelve kids. (Under 18). Plenty of things to do and keep busy. I’d definitely stay here again with a large group. In St. Louis for a family gathering. Our host was amazing!! He made us feel right at home.

We loved our stay here! quite little town, but close enough to the city! The host, Hailey, was super friendly and left super clear instructions. It was a great weekend spot!

the place was very clean and secluded. could barely hear any noise from the city. had a slight issue with the wi-fi but the outlets just needed to be reset.

It was so nice to get away and relax for the night at the cottage! It was so peaceful! Water pressure in the shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

Host was easy to work with and very responsive to questions. They even saw a potential problem and sent someone out to check on it - but there was no issue, they just wanted to be sure. I loved that!

We really enjoyed our stay! Hosts were very communicative and welcoming, the apartment was super clean, and well stocked with everything we could need. There was a pack n play set up for my daughter upon arrival. We were visiting for a concert and the location was perfect for us as we were within a few blocks from the venue. We’ll definitely book again if we’re back in the area!

Beautiful “castle like” apartment that feels so regal. The finishes are amazing. The location is central to many things and parking was in included. Carrie was an awesome and accommodating hostess. I will definitely stay again if in STL for fun!

The unit was absolutely beautiful! So many special details, historical, preserved and renewed. Everything was explained either in the binder that is provided or through the website. The door was a little tricky to use but that was warned beforehand so i appreciated that. The block is definitely undergoing a makeover and at first glance looks a little "sketchy" but honestly it was nothing to worry about and everyone we met outside was so friendly. The only thing i could think to tell future guests about the space is that the toilet area of the bathroom is very small, so if youre a plus size person you might struggle with that. But other than that- it wad an excellent stay and we will be back!

It is very spacious and there is plenty of room to spread out. The beds and couches are fashionable and comfortable. Loved the upstairs space and the kitchen was nice and big. Very little to no noise even within the house. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
