It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Lovely Apartment with seaview | Stella 1

The apartment was very clean and really super equipped. Great is also the large balcony, on which there is also a cozy sofa. The view from there extends to the sea or port of Malinska. The large bed is also very comfortable. Silvia is also a very nice hostess, who has always given us good insider tips for restaurants or excursions. We had a good time :-)

We had a great time in Njivice as a family with a small child. Its super central and close to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed and was super clean. The hosts were very friendly and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Our child was super happy that there were pets in the garden. We will definitely return when we go back to Njivice :) Thanks again for everything!

The Perfect getaway for a Week or More ! For us as a Young couple this House was just amazing ! You have Everything you Need. Super nice outdoor cooking Station, Fire Place. No mosquitoes inside Thanks to the Window grids. Evenings in total silent - only some frogs and nature Sounds. Within 5-8 minutes you are at one of the best bays/ Beach on the Island ! Super clean water and easy to Go in the water. Just a few boats on some days and in General also a super chilled atmosphere. We would have loved to stay some more days and would love to come back another time ! If you Like it simple and with a Lot of nature this is Perfect for you !! Thanks again

We, a family with two adults and two young children, had a fantastic time at Marica's place. The apartment is very large (over 100 sqm) and we felt very comfortable immediately. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The beds are fantastic. The wifi works great. The terrace is very large and we enjoyed eating our meals there. The area is very quiet and pleasant. Marica and Vito are very, very warm hosts, we rarely experienced it. They live right next door, are very discreet and yet immediately on hand if you have any questions. We highly recommend the place!!

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment. We went to the Plitvice lakes, we did a nice mountain bike route twice, explored the island with a quad and a five islands boat trip from Punat. The bay is within walking distance, you can swim there

A beautiful place with lots of space and thoughtful touches, very clean, great views of the bay. Njivice is a beautiful little place, on the promenade there are several places to choose from. The house is on the main road, but in the low season we had no problem with the noise - in summer it can be a bit louder.
