This is our second time staying here and like the first time we had a wonderful time. Our family enjoyed the time together in this beautiful place. Looking forward to coming back.

Great communication from the host

Great home with everything you need. Super close to town. The only thing is that the neighbors clearly dont like Airbnb. They have picket signs up protesting short-term rentals which doesnt make you feel very comfortable. Doesnt affect the house at all.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s place! He offered us an early check in at no extra charge. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful backyard. We’d love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, well decorated home. Everyone was comfortable, we easily cooked meals in the kitchen, and we enjoyed sleeping with the windows open with turkeys calling in the morning. The location was good as it’s tough to get much closer. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed how well stocked the home was. Would return!

Rented this home for the kids spring break with our little 2 year old pup and was most worried about the cleanliness given that this place allowed pets. Our little one is hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed, but we know that’s not true of other dogs. Was so relieved to find a home without any pet dander and smells. It made the perfect exploration poo t for Sequoia and Kings Canyon for us. The home is very well appointed and Art and Lorene seemed to have thought of everything. We brought our own, but the home even has a bed and feeding bowls for your pets. Thank you for a great stay

Dear Arturo and Jessica, Thank you for allowing me and my dog parents to stay at your amazing home. I had the best vacation of my life! There were so many things to do and smell. The goats were amazing. They were very curious about me. I are absolutely fascinating. They showed all their goat behaviors. I appreciate the windows on the door and in the primary bedroom closet a bit lower so I could view the goats from the house. After long days of goat observation I was exhausted and the the house was huge so there was plenty of floor space to take naps. Overall this was the best airbnb I've ever stayed at. 2 paws up!

I loved it. The landscape, the house, the pool. Everything was beautiful. We will return. Thank you.

Great place and would love to come back and stay again next time we are in the area. We loved it! Great layout and close to downtown Visalia and Mooney Blvd. Only 40 mins from the entrance of Sequoia NP. Highly recommend.

Michelle’s place was perfect. We had our family for Thanksgiving, and it totally served the purpose. It was as if we lived there. We had absolutely everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and served as a perfect backdrop for our family photo. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Shannon's place is so beautiful and peaceful. My family enjoyed all the entertainment they had. It was like being at home. Everything we needed was provided, also items for my baby. They left a portable speaker for us to use that came in handy for the outdoor play and pool time. We brought our family dog with us and they provide items for her too. This place is a must! For everything they provided and how beautiful it is inside and out is so worth the price. We will for sure be back.

Excellent, we had an incredible weekend. The house met our expectations and the host was super attentive. We definitely hope to be there next year.

Our stay at Don's was wonderful. The place felt very homely and spacious for 6 adults. The outdoor area, featuring a spa, heated pool, and fire warmer, was amazing. Don was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed.

Enjoyed the hot tub alot...the pool was not as well cleaned as I might like due to an extreme amount of little bugs. However, perhaps that is the time of year that it is. Loved the back deck area. Did not like having to ask for the hot tub to be turned on or that we were not supposed to use after 10 pm. I understand the need for quiet at night but felt that it should be available til midnight. Overall was a great place and enjoyed the stay alot. Needed to move some decor as not well set up for a small child with alot of decor to low for children so needed to put stuff up to make it more child friendly in living and dining area.

Great property, minutes from the park entrance. House was very spacious, clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils etc. and the large yard was great for our dog to play in. We would certainly stay there again.

We enjoyed a very restful stay at Kristen's place, as part of a longer roadtrip through the Sierras. Everything was comfy, clean, and stylish while feeling very inviting. The house felt very spacious and we enjoyed hanging out in the backyard as well. Wonderful host and home! I would absolutely stay again and recommend it to friends.

Our family of 3 had a great time here. We stayed 4 nights. Our toddler enjoyed the play area. Everything was as pictured and Monica was extremely fast at responding. We had no issues and would stay here again in warmer months to use the pool.

The home was spacious, comfortable and clean. The kids loved having the safe backyard to play in. The fireplace was very cozy and we enjoyed having morning coffee outside by the fire as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food for 6 of us. We spent 2 days exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park with a couple of days just hanging out in this lovely home.

Serene, spacious, and just what we were looking for! It was extremely clean and cozy. Although our trip was very short, the time spent was much needed R&R and a great escape from Vegas. We are looking forward to another future stay and a great getaway.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very nice and clean. A couple of bugs here and there but that’s expected since you’re staying out in nature! It was a very relaxing getaway.

This was our 8th time staying at Rio's Ranch. Always a pleasure and very relaxing. The views are spectacular and Mike and Diana are exceptional hosts. Their home is always clean and well equipped and is relatively isolated from neighboring properties, affording a quiet, peaceful stay. Trails are accessible to the south from the house, and other, popular trails are a short drive away. Rio's Ranch is our first choice. And it's pet friendly!
