Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Springfield Township

It was so nice to not only get an email prior to my arrival but also receive a text with direct communication on the spot. Loved it and will stay again if and when we are in the area!!

We stayed at Jeremiah’s place on our wedding night and it was the perfect place to stay! So beautifully decorated inside with historic charm, it was a one of kind! The mansion is beautiful inside and out and the historic neighborhood was super walkable and charming. We would love to stay again and can’t thank Jeremiah enough for opening up his home to us. The stay was great. No bad surprises. The place was exactly like the pictures. The driveway is a bit steep and narrow. Just have to be careful pulling in and out def a plus having a designated spot and not having to worry about finding street parking. We would def stay here again if we returned to Cincinnati. Thanks again!

This was our second staff in Chris's apartment. We were in the area for a sports tournament in Lebanon, OH, which is about a 30 min drive from the apartment--no longer of a driving distance than the Cincinnati hotels we could have considered. We love the neighborhood with it's well-maintained historic homes. If you want dining choices that are nearby, there's plenty to pick from. Findlay Market and downtown is about a 10-15 minute drive. And the neighborhood is real close to the highway for easy access to go to other areas. Chris gives clear parking instructions, which is helpful because it's a busy street. And accessing the apartment is quite easy. Instructions to check out are also quick and easy. We were very comfortable and would stay again if we're back in the area.

The place was very clean and loved the decor. Very private feeling, and still lin walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see. Hankering Southern Kitchen was phenomenal

Eric's place was simple and practical. The house was very clean, uncluttered, and easy to utilize. We particularly enjoyed the balcony for breakfast! We also really liked how close it was to the University of Cincinnati campus (10 minute walk) and other shops and restaurants down the street (five minute walk). Eric was also responsive and easy to work with before and during our stay. I would recommend Eric's place.

Cody’s place was exactly what my family needed in an Airbnb. It was incredibly spacious, very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the neighborhood was beautiful and we felt safe. Cody was communicative every step of the way and when I had questions about the specifics on checking out the next morning, he was quickly responsive. The little details make the place. The soaps and shampoo in the bathrooms were great, the showers were spacious, the cute little library in a sunny spot in the house, the pretty woodwork. Plus a front load washer and dryer if needed. There was no bathtub for smaller kids, but the shower heads are removable to bathe even babies who still need bath chairs and the showers included a place to sit. I wish we could have stayed longer since there was a park and a museum nearby to walk to! We had breakfast the next day at a cute little cafe a few blocks away and the food and drinks were delicious! Easy to get back on the highway if you’re just passing through.

First time in Cincinnati! We were in town for a funeral. The home was EVERYTHING we were looking for! The hosts communicated in a timely manner and gave thorough directions. Private driveway, entire 3 bedroom home, entertainment! The home is EXACTLY as the pictures; extremely clean and equipped with literally everything you need!! Extra extra towels and linen… the street is kinda busy but it didn’t affect the PEACEFUL of this gem!! We simply could not have asked for more!! Thank you sooo much for providing such a welcoming environment. We literally felt at home!

We stayed at the Stylianos for our daughter’s graduation from Miami University in Oxford. It was about a 35-40 minute drive to campus but was perfect to avoid all of the traffic during graduation weekend. The grandparents flew in from Florida to meet us. We all truly appreciated sitting around the large kitchen island to chat and enjoy a lot of memories and laughs. Thank you Styliano’s.

Absolutely loved my stay here with 3 other people. The property was very clean, comfy and overall a beautiful experience. The kitchen was my favorite place. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was also very spacious. The downstairs was great for a movie night which we did have on our last night. In the back, there were chairs where we sat a couple times and hand conversations for hours. The hosts were very responsive and made the check in and overall experience very enjoyable. I will bc coming to Cincinnati and I will be booking with them again. Loved my stay!!

This was a perfect space for myself and three friends! We were in town for a wedding and wanted a space that accommodated all of us and was close to the venue. It was a great spot with lots of space! The description matched what we received and would definitely book again if we’re ever back in the area.

Sid’s place was amazing! Was in a super neat place of Cincinnati. Sid’s place had a great deck overlooking woods which was super nice and peaceful to be in. All around was a super awesome place to be.

Sid was very responsive to all messages and we were able to get right in. Secure parking was easy and walkable to OTR and downtown spots. Wouldn't hesitate to book in a second next time we are in town.

Such a nice place in a great location. Ben has obviously put a lot of thought into the space. Our dog enjoyed the deck and grassy backyard. The floors in the apartment above are a little squeaky, but if you don’t mind a little noise, then the place is excellent! Thanks, Ben!

This place is amazing! The apartment is new and clean. It is located next to the road but it is quiet at night. Shopping area is just less than 10 mins away. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need. The mattress in the master bedroom is so comfortable that I actually look forward to sleep in at the end of the day. The host is very nice and responsive. He also accommodated us to check out late. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

Awesome apartment in the heart of Over-the-Rhine. Key feature and super amazing for us, was the City Connecter, with three stations all within a block or less from the apartment. We used that tram regularly and only used our vehicle for already planned trips further away. The apartment is very cute and well furnished. It’s very quiet, even when the bar two stories below has patrons outside, and we felt completely at home while visiting. There are so many local eats a walk or tram away, it’s ridiculous. Too many to choose from. If you’re going to a Red’s game, STAY HERE, take the City Connector. It literally drops you off at the Great American Ballpark, skipping all the traffic and parking fees that come with those ventures. We do plan to go back and will stay here again!
