House vacation rentals in Springfield Township

What a great stay! The hot tub was one of the nicer ones that I have seen at rental properties ... it was large and in great shape. It was also hot when we arrived. There were plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub. The place is also very close to Kings Island (less than ten minutes). We also really liked that there were two separate areas for a fire (fire pit and a chimney stove). We did not use the extra gaming space shed, but it looked like it would be great for kids.

Would 100% recommend this house and will probably stay here again when visiting family! The hosts were great about reaching out before we arrived and even hand delivered a note to the house thanking us for staying and congratulating my brother and sister in law on their baby! House was perfect for what we needed, looked just like the photos and met and exceeded all of our expectations! Can’t wait to come back!

The place was very quaint & clean. We loved the small town feel & the restaurants were really good! The beds were comfortable & kitchen had all the stuff you needed for a great stay! We really enjoyed ourselves & look forward to staying again when we’re back in town.

I had stayed here once before as a guest, so when I needed to travel to Cinci again it was an obvious choice. I received detailed instructions before checking in - so the only reason I couldn't leave a review on responsiveness was because all questions I could have had were answered ahead of time! The place is clean and spacious, and the area is quiet with a lot of street parking (we found it easier to just park on the street in front of the house most of the time, but having the garage parking was helpful as well). I didn't take advantage of the nearby amenities, but Top Golf was within walking distance and I believe some restaurants and shops were as well - I can confirm though that there were plenty of delivery options :) Overall it was another great stay and I highly recommend it!

Emily’s place was great! Came to Kentucky for a Derby Weekend bachelor party and it was the perfect location. The place had a basketball court and hot tub, and was quietly tucked away from the city. The property is situated on a pond and we even got to see eagles go fishing!

Tyler's place was just as described. The furnishings were comfortable, the deck and pool were great places to chill, and the fenced back yard was perfect for us as a old couple traveling with a young dog. (Our dog REALLY enjoyed the freedom to wander and run in the back yard.) Neighborhood is peaceful and a very short drive to some restaurants and stores in Independence.

The place was easy to find and driveway was big enough 2 large trucks. It was very clean and we appreciated the baby things provided for our 10 month old. Perfect location for the local kid friendly things to do like kings island, zoo, aquarium etc The shower stalls are very small that if you are claustrophobic or a bigger person it might be an issue. The home is all technically one level but the floor connections are all uneven from additions being added through the years.

His property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described (if not better!). The space had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Samantha and Stacie were amazing hosts and the house was awesome….loved the unique style, especially the “Friends” references sprinkled throughout!!😍. They really outdid themselves on the pet friendly environment. Our furbabies seemed to relax like they were back at home!! The neighborhood was super quiet ( the perfect spot to walk our pup) and everyone there was so friendly/welcoming. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!

Extremely friendly, very quick responses, accommodating to all requests. Beds are on the firm side, so if that’s not your thing you might not have the most comfortable sleep. Everyone in our group had a great stay and was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Ellen’s place. Each time we have been comfortable. If I may, the hand rail going upstairs is loose, and should be repositioned. Aside from the railing, we have no complaints! Thanks Ellen, until next time!

Isaac was very friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay over University of Cincinnati graduation weekend. The house was extremely clean, was decorated with modern artistic decor, and had a nice yard even though we didn’t get to use it because of rain. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows! The location suited us well to travel between campus and Hyde Park, and Montgomery. We would not hesitate to choose their home again.

We went to Cincinnati to celebrate Mother's Day weekend and it was an amazing trip . Stacey was totally amazing , very friendly, gave recommendations, and she gave an amazing gift for Mother's. Stacey's home had more than everything you need for a trip I felt right at home. She was so friendly I was outside talking h to her for so long and she made us feel like family .

Bed was comfortable every bedroom had a TV, which was nice. The house was clean as pictured and the description fit. Everything we experienced. I would stay there again.

We stayed at the Stylianos for our daughter’s graduation from Miami University in Oxford. It was about a 35-40 minute drive to campus but was perfect to avoid all of the traffic during graduation weekend. The grandparents flew in from Florida to meet us. We all truly appreciated sitting around the large kitchen island to chat and enjoy a lot of memories and laughs. Thank you Styliano’s.

Nicky’s place was wonderful. Just moving from out of state, I stayed here for a couple of weeks and this place was perfect and equipped with everything you need. Nicky was very accommodating, and by far the most prompt and quick to respond host I’ve ever experienced with Airbnb. I highly recommend to anyone coming to visit Cincinnati, great place with a lot of nice restaurants around with things to do.

I rented Nelly’s place for my parent’s visit to Cincinnati for my graduation. Nelly was hyper responsive and went above and beyond in every way you can imagine. She adjusted the temperature for my mom and even covered my dad’s car window with plastic when he left it rolled down by accident and then t started raining while we were gone. Thank you Nelly!
