Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Spring Branch

What a great place! Stayed here for my wife’s birthday and our anniversary, we had a great time and are planning to come back with our kids. Beautiful place, very peaceful and private in a perfect location for outdoor lovers like our selves. The back yard is a great place to hang out, enjoy nature and wildlife. The home was very cozy and clean, it had everything we needed. Location is great with other small towns around the area to visit. Overall it was a pleasure to stay here, we enjoyed every bit of it. I read the great previous reviews and I was not disappointed! The house is well furnished and modern. All of the dishes and kitchen utensils and appliances anyone would ever need! I was VERY IMPRESSED with how spotless my clean the house was when we arrived! Awesome value and Connie was very quickly responsive to the questions I had. The house was so peaceful and we all slept like babies! If I come to this area again, I will absolutely book this property again (hopefully it will be available)!

Fenced yard was great, split bedrooms were great, location was great. Smoke alarms started chirping while we were there, Josh was there within 30 minutes to fix and was very friendly.

Marjorie was so nice and friendly. We loved her property, and the deer were so cute to see in the morning. She was very helpful and communicated effectively. Thank you for letting us stay in this home. We had a great time as we celebrated our friends.

Lovely stay at a comfy apartment full of amenities and set in a perfect location. Easy parking, washer/dryer in the apartment, tons of extra bedding and all the comforts of home..plus very responsive hosts. Highly recommended!

Lovely place!

Karen’s treehouse was exceptional in every way! Comfortable, very clean , quiet and very well thought out w the amenities! We loved the surprise cookies and rolls for Easter! Wish we’d had more time to visit the hosts - such nice people. We will try to come stay here again for sure!

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

Very clean! The beds were so comfy and this is an amazing home for family quality time. My family and i would love to stay again. Very spacious and beautiful home! The best part was the hot tub! The host communicated fast as well. Give it a try it’s worth the price!

We had a great family reunion here. We cooked most of our meals at home and hung out at the house a lot. It was very comfortable and had beautiful views of the hill country in the morning while we had our coffee. It was wonderful to have all of the coffee, toiletries and cooking staples that we needed provided for us. Jonathan and Valarie were extremely helpful and responsive. I wish we had more time to explore more of the hill country and days to use the pool and hot tub. Thank you! Julie

Great hosts. Great place. Great location. There’s so much do to here and it’s so close to other popular surrounding areas. Didn’t wanna go home. Our family’s 3rd go around at this location with Leavetown as our host and they haven’t disappointed.

What a wonderful home to spend six days with our grandkids! The home was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of beds for all of us. A well equipped kitchen. The home came with special items for the kids. It was a pleasure to see and made our time there even more enjoyable. A crib, toys, high chair and kid-sized tables. The greatest pleasure was the outdoor space - patio, pool, grounds. The pool and spa were fantastic! As we left the house, my grandson said, "Bye house! I love your pool!"

It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

The place was just what we needed for our Anniversary get away. Within walking distance to the river and Gruene. Peaceful setting.
