Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

So if you feel comfortable climbing the stairs to my rooftop (5th floor - no elevator), you will find everything you need for a quiet, discreet and enjoyable stay.
