The house is well suited for couples, families (with children), or even larger groups of up to 6 people. The house has a solar panel system and is powered 80% by it.

The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 m² park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool. There is also a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby playpen.
