Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. The approximately 43 m² non-smoking house is located on a large property in a quiet location. It is about 100 years old and has been lovingly renovated and converted by us. We live in the neighboring house on the same property. The nearest tram stop is about 7 minutes away. Supermarkets and restaurants are similarly close. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) 1 living room with open kitchen, sofa bed and dining area Bathroom with a shower. Tiny house dating from 1911, located on the grounds of the railway keeper's property on the Berlin-Ostkreuz railway line to Poland, and listed as a house with an OUTDOOR kitchen on the covered terrace. Terrace designed for a rural setting, with the starry sky above you, right in the forest. Dogs that are not trained must remain on a leash. Please ask in advance. Wi-Fi. Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with everything that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating ensure cozy warmth even on cold days. The "JULIA" can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You do not need a boat license because the houseboat cannot be moved.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
