A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Lake, Wi-Fi, email or cell phone Everything is within walking distance: 3 parks, restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, tram and night bus in front of the door, bus stop 300 m,

Came to stay.

The vacation home in Berlin was completely renovated and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx. 130 square meters, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope that with the renovations we have found a cozy and warm interior design style and that there is something for all ages!

Idyllic vacation cottage on the edge of the forest - ideal for families with children - with large private garden, games room and covered terrace with grill (with low forest fire warning level) for cozy evenings in peaceful surroundings. Loved staying at this apartment and exploring Berlin. Exactly as advertised, bigger than it seemed from the photo’s. Tempelhof U-Bahn, S-Bahn and park all close. We had a great week. Thanks Werner for great communication and coping brilliantly with our late arrival!

Just perfect, from booking to departure. It was our first Airbnb vacation, Anselm set a d**n high standard for all the following. Apartment tiptop and perfect location. U, S and tram with 2 children can be reached on foot without any problems. Restaurants, bakers and shopping around the corner. The apartment offers everything a family of 4 needs. Totally uncomplicated contact, even an earlier check-in was not a problem, very very short response times and good accessibility. Area tips and tricks included. If you want to say something negative, it is that there is only public, paid parking. We raced, parked right outside the door and got through the week without a penalty ticket:-) You have to be lucky. Dear Anselm, Thank you so much for the great time in your home. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful landhouse in big garden, close to Berlin

To start with, I should mention how Claudia was very friendly and responsive to what we needed and never said no to anything. She took the trip to visit us just to fix a small incident which we had, and we really appreciate that. About the place, it is as described and as the photos showed. What was not in the photos , is the neighborhood which is quite and peaceful and suitable for a family. There was enough rooms and tow bathrooms and hot water all the time. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary things you might need. There was a place to park our car just in front of the house. The backyard looks lovely even though it was covered by snow during our visit, which we liked very much being from a country that never seen something like that. I recommend Claudia place and hopefully if we have another chance, we would go there definitely.

I highly recommend it! The house is very nice and suitable for a stay for four people. All the tools for cooking and also basic foods (oil, salt, coffee) were available. The only thing is the bathroom is very small and you get very wet when taking a shower, but it is very feasible and you get used to it easily. The area is really quiet, a residential area very close to the metro stop, Gesundbrunnen, and also to other bus stops. Very warm environment, possibility to adjust the temperature to have a climate that is always perfect and suitable for your needs. I highly recommend the apartment and if I were to return to Berlin I would gladly come back here.

We had a quick stopover in Berlin, and Carsten's place was perfect for it. The Ringbahn, with which you can reach everything (of interest to us), is just a few steps away and still not audible. Carsten was very accommodating to us at check-in, as we arrived quite late, absolutely friendly, informative and always easily accessible. The associated parking space was a blessing. The place was as described and had everything you need for a stay. The three of us and our furry child had great days in Berlin in a great place; if we should ever end up in Berlin again, this place is the first point of contact :)

A big thank you to Rolf for his warm welcome. First, Rolf was very responsive and accurate to each of my questions before we arrived. When we arrived, he was very kind, he helped us with our luggage, he took the time to show us all the functions of the apartment, in detail. He also gave us all the essential tips to have a great stay. He was very approachable and kind. Then the apartment was very clean, it's very nice. It was very well equipped, we felt very good there. The comfort was optimal and it is close to all amenities. The taxi between the central station and the apartment is less than 15euros. The apartment also contained recommendations about Berlin, a beautiful city. We had a great time, I recommend it!! On our side, we treasure the address!

We immediately liked Michele's beautiful and creative apartment: stylishly selected pictures and artworks and lots of plants, here you would like to stay longer! The terrace has plenty of sun in the morning and is pleasant in the afternoon for a coffee in the shade. Nearby are numerous hip cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Michele was always available when we had little questions and offered us more tips on our own. We enjoyed our stay very much. If I plan a trip to Berlin again, I will try to book with Michele again!

If you are looking for peace and idyll, this is the place to be. We spent an extended weekend in the cottage. We felt comfortable from the beginning. On the property you have your peace and can relax both on the terrace of the house and in the beautiful garden. The absolute highlight is the private jetty, which you can use privately. There you have a wonderful view of the lake. Sup boards, canoes and also bicycles are available. The communication with Joachim was wonderful, he was always available for questions. The location of the cottage is a bit secluded, but you can reach buckow in a short time by bike (and car), where you will find many restaurants and cafes as well as a supermarket. The house has everything you need. The kitchen is top equipped. We highly recommend this little oasis in nature and will be back very soon!
