Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Spree

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem 5-Bett-Zimmer. Der Check-In war unkompliziert, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war lecker. Da wir einen sehr frühen Abflug gebucht hatten mussten wir sehr früh aufstehen und auschecken, was aber kein Problem war, da es für solche Fälle eine Schlüsselbox gibt. Außerdem wurde ein Taxi für uns bestellt. Der einzige Punkt der leider nicht so schön war, war das Badezimmer. Da haben die Türen der Duschkabine nicht so gut geschlossen und in der Decke des Bades war ein Loch, weswegen die anderen im Zimmer mithören konnten. Aber das Hotel befindet sich gerade in Renovierung daher denke ich wird das auch bald verbessert.

호스트 분들도 너무 친절하시고 따뜻하게 맞아주셔서 묵어본 에어비앤비 중에서 가장 좋았던 것 같아요..!! 공간구성도 알차게 잘 되어있고 깔끔해서 편안하게 쉴 수 있습니다. 특히 도보로 5분 이내로 지하철,트램,버스를 이용할 수 있어 편리했습니다.

Siamo stati accolti come persone di famiglia, Farid e i suoi coinquilini ci hanno fatto sentire parte della loro casa per il fin troppo poco che siamo rimasti. Hanno risposto prontamente alle nostre domande e ci hanno aiutato a organizzare qualche piano per il nostro piccolo soggiorno Berlino. Simpatici e super disponibili poco altro da dire. Solo un grande grazie 🫶🏼

Everything was great except the woman I was put into contact with was rude to me about not responding to her previous texts and for not calling a day earlier to check in. She seemed angry to be texting me on her day off despite being the only point of contact I had. My lack of responsiveness is a fair criticism but if she had simply added into the check-in instructions on the Airbnb website that I needed to call someone a day ahead I would have been checking my Airbnb inbox more. Additionally, the number she was angry that I did not call was also not on the Airbnb description anywhere. Overall, it was a minor issue and otherwise my experience was great!

Paikka oli rauhallisella omakotialueella, hyvät yhteydet kuitenkin. Mukava huone ja mukava emäntä. Voisi kyllä joskus olla pitempäänkin kuin vain pari yötä!

Amazing host, very essy to comunicate, pets friendly place, beautiful suroundings at the place. Short way to Berlin center (25min with motorcykle ;) ).

Ich komme immer wieder gerne, weil es bei Andreas einfach gemütlich ist und ich mich aufhalten kann, als wäre es mein Zuhause. Es ist an alle Freiheiten und Annehmlichkeiten gedacht und Andreas stimmt mich mit einem Schwätzchen über dies und jenes auf mein Wohlfühlwochenende ein, für das der Standort eine ideale Lage und Anbindung sowohl für S- wie U-Bahn und auch Bus bietet. Immer gerne wieder!
