Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Werle Apartment

Das wunderschöne Apartment liegt im idyllischen Berlin Friedrichshagen. Es ist vollständig renoviert und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Essbereich und einem Badezimmer. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Garten mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 15 min am Ostkreuz und in der Innenstadt. Berlin Friedrichshagen zeichnet sich durch eine besonders hohe Lebensqualität, viele Restaurants und Bars aus. Der Müggelsee ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Studio 03 | "Under the Fig Tree"

The small studio is located in the garden-side basement of a beautiful wooden hybrid building, centrally located in Berlin-Friedrichshain, between the U5 Samariterstraße and the S-Bahn stations Frankfurter Allee and Ostkreuz, near Boxhagener Platz. The room faces south to a quiet small terrace under the fig tree, pleasantly cool in summer, in winter with underfloor heating. It has its own shower room and entrance, no kitchen, but a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and oven.

Old bakery in the Fischerkietz

The apartment is located in a former bakery in the historic Fischerkietz. With its listed houses, the street is reminiscent of a village street from the turn of the century. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Lake Müggelsee. BER airport can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.
