Only a few minutes walk to the port, Papadiamanti street (Skiathos Town Centre), Acropolis bus station, and to the nearest beach (Megali Ammos). 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom, living room/kitchen area (sofa & single bed under the sofa), balcony,and terrace with Bbq. Beautiful studio with view

Α fully equipped studio by the central road from Loutraki to Skopelos Town with beautiful view at the sea. The studio is located at the entrance of Glossa Village. It is 3km far from loutraki port where there is frequent connection with Skiathos and Alonnisos islands, Volos city and Mantoudi (connection with Athens). The bus stop is 150 meters from the house and there is also a parking. Inside Glossa village there are plenty of places to eat, have a coffee and do shopping.

Το σπίτι (85τ.μ.) βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νεο Κλήμα ('Ελιος), 18 χιλ. από τη χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ όπου μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε. Στην ήσυχη γειτονία μας και σε απόσταση περίπου 60 μέτρων υπάρχει mini market, ταβέρνες, στάση λεωφορείου και στα 30 μετρα παιδίατρος. Στο χωριό μας υπάρχει επίσης ΑΤΜ της Εθνικής και φαρμακείο.
