Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Stella, made us feel so welcome – she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, and the highlight for us (especially the children!) was the pool. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned daily, which made it a joy to use every day. The pool area could also be shut off when not used to keep the children safe. Stella also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, all of which served amazing food at very reasonable prices – a real bonus! We did manage to walk out to a few restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to return. We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained complex. The location is peaceful and scenic, with stunning views that immediately help you unwind. The swimming pool is lovely – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. Although our stay was short, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a basket of fresh cherries every day, which added a charming personal touch. We were warmly welcomed and kindly assisted by Fillipo and his father, whose hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature in a serene setting!

Staying at Da Marzietta and being hosted by Puckie was a real treat. From pre arrival communication about a nearby parking to providing local insights and recommendations, Puckie is a great host and she demonstrates that by checking in during our stay that we have everything we need and more. The location of this place is convenient for accessing the quaint town of Assisi and my family enjoyed the quiet ambient of the home.

Beautiful and charming house surrounded by the nature of the surrounding countryside, ideal for getting away from the routine and frenzy. Although we are sure that, for the amenities offered (swimming pool, barbecue, garden) it is even more exceptional in summer, we had a great time. Everything is as advertised. Enzo was very kind and flexible with check-in times. He welcomed us warmly and made himself completely available. A few insects visited us in the cottage, but it's more than normal given the location, it would have been strange otherwise. Overall, a great stay.

We had a vision and dream of staying in a Tuscan villa in the country and it exceeded all our expectations.

A must-stay and a must-return! Il Poggio di Cantagallina was one of our nicest stays in Italy and by far the friendliest hosts. Valentina was extremely helpful with local recommendations (Picnicco at Madrevite), and her parents Rosi and Stefano were very welcoming throughout our stay. Our Italian was limited but Valentina and family made sure this was not an issue. The property boasts stunning views, a refreshing swimming pool, and a dog and two cats that greeted us every time. We would love to come back and highly recommend this booking without hesitation.

Being hosted in Nino's house was a great experience. We found everything you need to stay and the comforts you could look for while on vacation. The house was very clean and cared for in many details and also showed attention by also providing accessories dedicated to 4-legged friends. The kitchen is very well equipped. The directions were accurate and very useful were the suggestions provided by Nino. The photos exactly reflect the place we stayed and the outdoor spaces are very relaxing and absolutely to enjoy. We look forward to returning to the first opportunity

Virginia is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was extremely relaxing and i would highly recommend a stay there. Quite and a real farm life style, yet close to a lot of tourists sites .

My wife and I and our dogs were on the weekend of April 25 at Piera's place. We had a great time: small but very functional house,beautiful garden fenced for our dogs and spectacular views. We don't see you coming back.

Jeremy’s place was lovely, very peaceful location and great to have use of both the garden at the back and the terrace at the front. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable. The whole place remained cool even though it was hot outside. The only downside for us was that you have to exit the house via the stairs at the front to get to the back garden, just a minor point but a bit of a challenge with young kids. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Jeremy was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Antonella Place is a gem, located in the lovely area around the Lake Trasimeno, on the top of a hill with an Amazing view and lovely house. It’s a unique atmosphere, she was very attentive and always available when we needed something. Would def recommend passing for people traveling around the incredible area!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. I've never found so many services offered in one place. Eliana was immediately available to provide us with a camping cot with all the essentials and a high chair for our one-and-a-half-year-old girl. The house is full of children's games and books that my baby immediately plundered! In the kitchen you have everything you need to make tea/herbal tea and pasta, while the bathroom is full of products for everyone! Eliana also recommended activities and restaurants nearby, super approved accommodation!

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays and enjoyed our stay, the large living and dining area is very cozy and the fireplace has created a wonderful winter atmosphere. The amenities of the bathrooms, the rooms and the kitchen are wonderful, modern and stylish. The house is ideal for larger groups, with no one having to give up a retreat. The location is very quiet and the view of the surrounding hills magnificent. At the same time, the house is strategically located and within an hour you will find great excursion destinations (Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Montepulciano...). Our host was always available and we were warmly welcomed. We will be happy to come back!

New apartment just renovated, spaces perfect for 2 or 4 people. Equipped with every comfort and more for stay and preparation of dishes. There are various dishes, iron, top coffee maker, cutlery, etc. There are also two TVs with Netflix subscription included. We had a really great time, even with the host available by message, even late in the evening. We didn't miss anything in the preparation of our dishes. Clean and complete bathroom with everything, cottonfiock, diskettes, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, washing machine, phone, etc. If we're in the area, we'll definitely book again. Highly recommended!
