We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis en in de tuin van Stefano. Onwijs diep geslapen door de stilte en ontspanning. We voelde ons meteen thuis. We hebben ook heerlijk in de tuin gezeten. Stefano is onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aanrader!

La Casa di Carla e Patrizia è un vero casale da sogno. Se chiudete gli occhi e provate ad immaginare un casale in Umbria immaginerete proprio questo fantastico Casale! Rústico ma ricercato. Elementi etnici uniti a fantastici dettagli del centro italia. Libri ovunque che riscaldano l’ambiente e raccontano la storia del casale e della sua famiglia. Ci siamo emozionatu. Godersi una bella lettura nella veranda al calduccio e con una bella bevanda hot (un gin tonic o una tisana ai FINOCCHI, cambia poco) è davvero impagabile. La vista fa venire gli occhi lucidi. C’è un po’ di strada da fare per arrivare nei borghi vicini (Narni, Stifone etc) ma prendetela come un’opportunità per godervi la bellissima campagna umbra. Si tratta di una casa in campagna che può richiedere manutenzione durante il soggiorno, ma Patrizia (e immaginiamo anche Carla anche se non l’abbiamo conosciuta di persona) sono gentili e disponibili e faranno di tutto per aiutarvi. Ottimo il ristorante monte del grano 1969

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

We had a wonderful stay and Lucio was very welcoming and his communication was fast and informative. The apartment was in a great location in walking distance of everything you want to see if Orvieto. Our phone reception was a bit patchy when we arrived into Orvieto due to the eSIM provider we used but all we had to do was find a spot with phone reception so we could reach Lucio to let him know we had arrived. He was very punctual with checkin.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Stella, made us feel so welcome – she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, and the highlight for us (especially the children!) was the pool. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned daily, which made it a joy to use every day. The pool area could also be shut off when not used to keep the children safe. Stella also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, all of which served amazing food at very reasonable prices – a real bonus! We did manage to walk out to a few restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to return. Puckie was extremely hospitable, a proactive communicator, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She was accommodating to allow us to drop off our luggage earlier for check-in due to our earlier train arrival time. She was generous in ordering a taxi to pick us up after checkout and in checking to make sure that we were picked up on time. She’s generous in local recommendations and is not hesitant to make a phone call to a place to confirm a reservation for a meal, etc. The apartment is easily accessible for a taxi dropoff and the neighborhood is very peaceful and scenic.

Casina splendida e suggestiva immersa nella natura delle campagne circostanti, ideale per staccare dalla routine e dalla frenesia. Nonostante siamo certi che, per i servizi offerti (piscina, barbecue, giardino) d’estate sia ancor più eccezionale, ci siamo trovati benissimo. È tutto come da descrizione. Enzo è stato gentilissimo e flessibile con gli orari del check in. Ci ha accolto calorosamente e si è messo a completa disposizione. Nella casina ci ha fatto visita qualche insettino ma è più che normale vista la location, sarebbe stato strano il contrario. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno.

Stefania’s apartment was absolutely stunning, the location is very peaceful and serene. The restaurant and food were incredible and the hosts truly are wonderful. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing and authentic Italian experience this is the place to come. It’s fantastic!

Essere ospitati nella casa di Nino è stata una bella esperienza. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per soggiornare ed i comfort che si potrebbero ricercare stando in vacanza. La casa era molto pulita e curata in tanti particolari e xi ha dimostrato anche attenzione mettendo a disposizione anche gli accessori dedicati agli amici a 4 zampe. La cucina si presenta molto ben attrezzata. Le indicazioni sono state precise ed utilissimi sono stati i suggerimenti forniti da Nino. Le foto rispecchiano esattamente il posto in cui abbiamo soggiornato e gli spazi esterni sono molto rilassanti e assolutamente da godere. Contiamo di ritornare alla prima occasione

La casa è ancora più bella di quanto si veda in foto. L’abbiamo trovata pulitissima, organizzata e funzionale! Non ci è mancato nulla e Luca ha sempre risposto subito quando ci è servita assistenza.

Virginia is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was extremely relaxing and i would highly recommend a stay there. Quite and a real farm life style, yet close to a lot of tourists sites .

Excellent séjour dans le bel et spacieux appartement de Silvia, par ailleurs doté de tous les équipements utiles. Silvia à été extrêmement accueillante et s'est largement adaptée à notre heure d'arrivée. Si nous revenons à Aquapendente, c'est chez Silvia que nous reviendrons.

Io e mia moglie con I nostri cani siamo stati il weekend del 25 Aprile nell'alloggio di Piera. Siamo stati benissimo: casa piccola ma funzionalissima,bellissimo giardino recintato per i nostro cani e vista spettacolare. Non vediamo ľora di tornare.

Esperienza bellissima, la casa è molto accogliente ben rifinita, molto attrezzata, in particolare la cucina è professionale. L'immobile è ubicato in una zona deliziosa tra l'Umbria e la Toscana da cui è possibile fare diverse gite. Consigliato per gruppi con famiglie, le finestre della casa incorniciano una splendida vista sulle colline antistanti in particolare su Città della Pieve. I ragazzi dell'agenzia che gestisce la struttura sono veramente molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Esperienza molto bella da ripetere! super consigliato!!

Antonella Place is a gem, located in the lovely area around the Lake Trasimeno, on the top of a hill with an Amazing view and lovely house. It’s a unique atmosphere, she was very attentive and always available when we needed something. Would def recommend passing for people traveling around the incredible area!

Cercavamo un posto dove rilassarci e sentirci a casa e cosí è stato. Stanze e pulite, spazi comuni grandi e accoglienti. Andrea è una persona che ti sembra di conoscere da sempre, amichevole e disponibile. Che la sua passione sia la musica non ci sono dubbi e riesce a trascinare gli ospiti nel suo mondo tra strumenti musicali e dischi strepitosi lasciati a disposizione di tutti. Un posto che consiglio!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en Miralaghi!!! Maria Luisa es una anfitriona encantadora, y extremadamente servicial, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nuestro bienestar y nos hizo muchas recomendaciones sobre cosas que hacer y sitios que visitar en la zona (pueblos que visitar, ríos en que bañarnos y fiestas en los pueblos de la zona). El apartamento es muy tranquilo. Éste y otros apartamentos están en medio de la montaña en una gran propiedad de Maria Luisa. El único problema es el camino de tierra de la llegada y la salida, que al principio se nos hizo muy largo, aunque al cabo de pocos días nos acostumbramos. La piscina está lejos de la casa, pero casi cada día fuimos a bañarnos allí. Aunque pasamos todos los días explorando Umbria y la Toscana, nos quedó tiempo para usar el jacuzzi, y para jugar al ping-pong y al futbolín. Grazie di tutto, e a presto!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise in Umbria. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Conforme alla descrizione e alle foto. L’appartamento è ristrutturato molto bene, arredato in modo semplice, con buon gusto, confortevole e in posizione fantastica con spazio esterno esclusivo (accessoriato con mobilio di qualità) a bordo piscina e apprezzato anche dai nostri due cani. Complimenti anche per la presenza della lavastoviglie (comprese le tabs), del barbecue Weber in dotazione e di una dispensa con l’essenziale (caffè, sale, zucchero, olio, aceto), in altri posti non sempre prevista. La lavatrice (con detersivo incluso) è condivisa in un locale lavanderia esterno. Un apprezzamento anche per il personale che manutiene gli spazi esterni, la piscina e si occupa delle pulizie. Persone disponibili, cordiali e sempre sorridenti. Unico suggerimento a questa bellissima location è l’aggiunta di un punto luce per usufruire dello spazio esterno anche in notturna. Grazie a Thomas, Colleen e il loro staff per l’ospitalità e la disponibilità. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo.
