Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

I was lucky enough to stay with Donato and Francesca along with a group of friends and upon our arrival we were all enchanted by every detail of the house, from the bucolic setting to the meticulous care of the interior spaces. Each room is equipped with all the necessary amenities to live a stay as if you were at home, not to mention the optimal location that allows you to reach Perugia, Assisi and surroundings in a few minutes. Francesca, then, is the real surprise of our trip. We had the opportunity to interact with a wonderful person, a helpfulness and kindness that was difficult to see in the hosts. This property deserves our return in all respects!

We had a nice time with friends in Tarano. Communication went smoothly, the house was fine, the air conditioning was a plus and the pool was very pleasant. 1 small downside: there are no umbrellas as shown in the photos. Definitely recommended to stay here.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Federica's house has a unique atmosphere, surrounded by greenery and close to Perugia, offering the perfect compromise between tranquility and comfort to reach different locations in Umbria. It is cozy, very clean and spacious. Federica was really nice, always available to help us with advice on places to see and where to eat, or when we had any requests. We really enjoyed ourselves and considering how much Umbria has to offer, we will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended.

Impeccable stay, house always warm at the right point both day and night, Sara offered us something for breakfast which was much appreciated, the nights were beautiful in the midst of the beauty of the woods and the silence. The price for an apartment like this is really good, and honestly we can't wait to go back, it was sad to have to leave already, even the dog had fallen in love with the place! Thanks for the great experience. 💕

Loved our 3 day stay in Angela's beautifully decorated and warm ground floor apartment in a grand house. It was a short walk up to the centre of Assisi. Looking out to the olive grove and to the Cathedral was special esp lit up at night. Thank you for having us stay 🙏 Celina and Paul

We felt very comfortable at the place - a great location for exploring Perugia and close to the train and bus station as well as to the escalators. In the morning sun we were able to enjoy our coffee in the garden. Highly recommend!

Antonello went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free and relaxing. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable beds, the table was laid before we arrived for our convenience and he responded to all messages within minutes. Perugia is a beautiful city and we were so pleased we chose to stay here as the location was central to town, safe and easily accessible by public bus from the train station. Easy walk from the train station to the apartment. Met at the door and showed the apartment. The apartment was very clean and met all of our needs. There are two coffee shops right out side the door to the street. Walking distance to the main site to visit in Arezzo. Recommend Pizzeria LaGalleria dal Guerra, Via Verdi 31, for a good place to eat at very reasonable prices.

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Claudia is very kind, polite and responsive. Comfortable house, with many amenities, clean and in a quiet area. The private parking is extremely convenient, house equipped for all necessary needs. Complete kitchen, comfortable and equipped for any eventuality. Nearby supermarkets, bars and clubs, which allow the accommodation to be very convenient. We'll definitely be back!

A great place to stay when are in Arezzo. Property is all single owned and even has side yard &. some backyard...In the middle of the city! Sure, its a 10-12 min brisk walk into the heart of downtown. But that's what makes this place special & quiet. Hosts were very helpful in connecting one of our group to local wine tasting room who assisted us in setting up some self-drive tasting adventures. A another in our group asked for a few things which could not found in apt, and host responded in minutes. We can't really say anything bad the apt or host re our 7nht stay.

Mioara's place is very nice, super clean, and has a lovely little balcony. Good location, too. Also, the host was very kind and helpful at any time. Highly recommended!

Super happy with our stay and will come back again for sure! The apartment is in a calm area, has free parking on the premises, was very spacious and fit all of our needs. Elisa was VERY accommodating especially because we were travelling with twin toddlers. I have never stayed at a cleaner AirBnb! The place was immaculate, super organised and welcoming. There was coffee and a simple breakfast waiting for us and Elisa had left recommendations for local restaurants and activities. This apartment made our trip even better!

Hugo is a very nice host. We went to a volleyball game in Perugia. This place is in an ideal location. It's close to the hall, it's very easy to get into the center with the minimetro, which is very close to the place. We'd love to come back anytime!

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.
