Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Split

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

10/10 apartment!! initially we were unsure about booking a place out of the main town in Split, but honestly did not regret it one bit! the beautiful view was so worth it, and the transport into Split old town was very easy and so cheap by bus, but we mostly ordered ubers as they were also very affordable. this apartment was so lovely and beautiful to wake up to the sea each morning with a coffee on the patio, a great balance from the busy town. there are supermarkets, a couple coffee shops, a bakery and a lovely restaurant all within walking distance so this was great. lily provided everything we needed and the place was clean and well maintained. lots of cooking equipment too! i definitely recommend this apartment, and thank you lily for being so responsive and accommodating.

This location is great, right at the base of Marjan Hill and sub 10 minute stroll into the center of Split. The apartment is modern and has great windows that not only let in a lot of natural light but also open completely or partially for fantastic air flow. If you desire cooler temperatures while you sleep, there is also air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped for actual cooking, which is nice!

Me and my partner stayed at Miranda’s for a week for his birthday celebrations. The apartment was perfect for 2 people with everything you would need inside - towels, plenty of toilet rolls, kitchen utensils, coffee sachets/grounded coffee, sugar/spices and many many more. The view is absolutely stunning and you have blinds to keep away the very early sunrise for a bit more sleep. The location was perfect, very close to the public beach and very close (within a 15/20 min) walk to the main strip and town centre. Miranda was very responsive and allowed us to check in at a very late time due to our flights (around 23:30) and also due to not immediate guests she accommodate with us and let us check out a little later and also she made sure she kept our luggage safe as our flight was again a late one so we did not need to carry them around for the last few hours. Overall Miranda is a great host, very quick responsive, very nice and we 100% recommend her and her property!! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our short stay in Split. The instructions to locate the flat were perfect and it was in a great location with amazing views from the balcony. It was the perfect distance for a stroll into the old town and had everything we needed for a short city break. Bruno was so helpful and accommodating and his guide book recommending the best gelato and pizzeria was put to good use! 😋 Thanks for a great stay in Split

The location of the Airbnb is excellent, on a quiet street right on the outskirts of the old town. Additionally, Ante and Mia were excellent hosts. They were very attentive, always available to answer questions and provide travel advice, and generally ensured that our stay was as pleasant as possible. However, note that the building is both residential and old. The pipes emit a foul odor during windy times in April, and there are families (with crying babies) living in the building at the time of this writing. These are important to consider, but did not detract from our positive experience.

Our family of 5 had a brilliant time staying in Filip’s amazing apartment! Stunning views over Split harbour and a real feel of modern luxury in the apartment - every appliance and piece of furniture was perfect and clean. Lidija, Filip’s mum welcomed us in to the apartment, showed us around and was really responsive throughout our stay - thank-you Lidija and Filip!

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. The location was perfect, very walkable to all the local attractions. The space was roomy and comfortable for three people, giving us plenty of room to relax. A great choice for anyone looking to explore the area with ease.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We’re already talking about coming back. Don’t hesitate—book this place, you won’t regret it. Thank you for everything! – Your Canadian friends 😊

Wow, wow, wow!!! We absolutely loved this house and had an amazing time in beautiful Croatia. It is the most well-equipped Air BnB we have ever stayed in. The house was spotlessly clean, the furniture and fittings were perfect. The kitchen has everything you need, and more, to cook with, and there’s a large BBQ outside. The bedrooms are large, extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning, shutters, balconies in every room. Great bathrooms. The pool area is fabulous with 8 loungers, all with towels supplied and mood lighting. And the garden where you can help yourself to fresh vegetables. The games/movie room was brilliant. We played pool and table tennis and watched some films – a really great feature of this property. We had the most amazing time at this house and we didn’t want to leave! We cannot recommend this property more highly or our amazing hosts enough. Book this house for your holiday, you will not be disappointed. This is a 10 out of 10 property – loved it!!!

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

Very responsive host who was very accommodating. Villa was lovely on the inside with a great pool and a perfect space for people to relax and hang out. Would definitely come back soon.

We had an wonderful stay at Villa Magic View! The surroundings and especially the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and playroom very much. Because this is a new neighborhood the ubers sometimes had a hard time finding us but it always worked out in the end. We recommend renting a scooter to get up and down the hill easily but walking it is also a option, a little cardio :) I really recommend this place if you want to enjoy yourself in a luxorious villa. We will definetly come again.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

El departamento es muy cómodo para 3- 4 personas. Camas cómodas. Muy linda vista y bien equipado. Hay aire acondicionado en cada ambiente. La comunicación con Emil siempre fluida, las indicaciones para acceder al departamento fueron a través de un video, ya que no es sencillo el acceso, en las callecitas es fácil confundirse, pero el video es muy esclarecedor. Está a 2 cuadras, a pie, de la última calle con la cual se puede acceder con vehículo, adicionamente hay que tener en cuenta que son 3 pisos por escalera, si tienes maletas grandes puede resultar incómodo. Excelente ubicación. Lo super recomiendo!

We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation! We booked a workation for a team of four, and the space was perfect for balancing privacy with opportunities to work collaboratively. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, from well-equipped workspaces to comfortable living areas. The location was also ideal, allowing us to enjoy the area during our downtime. Marko and Marija were responsive and made sure we had a seamless stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a productive and relaxing getaway!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern gestaltet und Extrems sauber man hat in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar gewesen hat mir sogar ein Lage Plan geschickt wo man kostenlos sein Auto parken kann sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich nächstes Mal buche ich wieder bei ihr ist ein Muss !!

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!
