Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Split

Schöne Unterkunft mit 2 traumhaften Balkonen bzw 1 Balkon und 1 Dachterrasse. Alles blitzsauber und sehr geräumig. Einfache Küchenausstattung und keine Badetücher für Terrasse oder Strand vorhanden. Gute und ruhige Lage. Alles in Split entspannt zu Fuß zu machen. Alles super und definitiv zu empfehlen.

Stayed at Ivana's apartment for 2 weeks and it felt like home. Clean, comfortable, everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. Washer AND dryer, lots of storage in bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, private backyard and terrace, 5-10 minute walk to 2 grocery stores, 15 minute walk to Old Town (with stairs, but to be expected). Ivana is an excellent host, always responsive. When I mentioned a few items I thought the apartment was lacking, she responded by delivering a package the next morning with all the items. That's what I call a perfect host. If I'm ever lucky enough to visit Split again, Ivana's place is where I would stay. A final word: if you're allergic to cats, bring your allergy meds, there are plenty of cats outside the building and sometimes in your private backyard.

Beautifully located close by the Old Town. Clean place, with all necessary aminities. Silvana is very friendly, and cared about us having a good stay😊

The place is really good and comfortable. The beds and showers are great and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. It’s possible to go to the beach and to the city center by walking (20 minutes). The host is gentle and gave us nice informations. I recommend the place.

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti dell'alloggio, carino , pulito , ben organizzato, noi siamo andati in centro sempre a piedi ma c'e' il bus vicino ed e' pieno di market nei dintorni. Il parcheggio sembra un problema ma alla fine si trova, grazie alle indicazioni di Katja e' stato semplice. ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Grazie di tutto

Чудове помешкання, дуже просторе та має все необхідне для тривалого проживання - навіть машинку для сушки одягу. Безперечно, одна з найкращих квартир, де ми зупинялись. Є місце для паркування авто. Господарі дуже привітні та завжди були готові допомогти, якщо виникали проблеми

We spent three nights at this Airbnb and overall were very satisfied with our stay! AnaMaria met us, showed us around the place and provided a few simple instructions. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We did notice ants in the kitchen after leaving a baked good (wrapped up) on the counter so after that we made sure to keep everything in the fridge. The shower/bath situation takes some getting used to, but very manageable. It was also great to have a washer and dryer available! You will need to bring your own detergent or buy some locally.

Anton is a very easy-going and helpful host. He was very flexible in greeting me personally as my arrival time changed several times. The apartment is exactly as pictured in the listing . Everything was in order, working and very clean. A very pleasant place to stay for one or more nites. The location of Anton's place is ideal. Very close to all the attractions of Old Town Split as well as the ferry and bus terminals. But it is also a quiet street. I highly recommend Anton's place.

Perfect place to spend the last few nights relaxing, but still close to the old town (15 min walk)

Our stay at The Green Dream was absolutely perfect! The listing was accurate in every way - the space was beautiful, immaculately clean, and had even more amenities than we could have imagined. Ana, our host, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. She allowed us to check-in early and even let us store our bags after check-out until late in the afternoon. Ana's attention to detail was impressive, from providing mosquito repellent to offering suggestions for local restaurants and transportation. There were 10 of us, including myself and we all agree that we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Green Dream and Ana made our stay truly unforgettable. We are so grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Split. Thank you, Ana!

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

Iris was an amazing host, she was very responsive and kind. Her place was just like the pictures so clean and functional for the two of us! The bed was very comfortable and the 1.5 bathrooms was super convenient. The location was also very walkable to any place we wanted to go. We would absolutely recommend her space to anyone staying in split!

Marina is a very sweet and helpful woman! She can also tell you a lot about Split and the surrounding area. We enjoyed her beautiful, luxurious and neat penthouse. Everything has been thought of and everything is there. We recommend everyone to stay here

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Lovely apartment in walking distance from main attractions in the city, Marjan and the Palace. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. The apartment had multiple AC units (to cover the bedrooms and the main living area) - and given the summer heat this fact is very important.

We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation! We booked a workation for a team of four, and the space was perfect for balancing privacy with opportunities to work collaboratively. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, from well-equipped workspaces to comfortable living areas. The location was also ideal, allowing us to enjoy the area during our downtime. El apartamento es sumamente cómodo. Somos cinco personas, y nos pudimos acomodar perfectamente. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitábamos, también tiene lavadora. El anfitrión es más que amable, nos estaba esperando el día de nuestro arribo y nos explicó todo perfectamente. Esa ayuda inicial cita cualquier preocupación que puede tener uno en algunos lugares donde el checking es automático. Está muy bien ubicado con respecto a todas las atracciones de la ciudad.
