Vacation rentals with beach access in Split

The apartment is stunning, beautiful view, quiet and very comfortable, we felt just like home. Everything has a thoughtful design, well equipped, it has everything that makes the place feels very homey and relaxing. Zeljko is very professional, polite and helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay at Zeljko's apartment and I would highly recommend his place to anyone who's planning to visit Split.

the most idyllic apartment in a stunning setting. we highly recommend staying here, friendly hosts, thoughtful gifts and great location. the walk along the seafront was perfect and we could access town easily on foot. We loved the apartment, so clean, lots of space and good facilities.

We had an amazing week staying here! The hosts are very responsive and welcoming! Ivan met us to give us the keys and even carried our giant suitcase up to the third floor! Any issues we had were addressed immediately. The views are absolutely incredible and the location is right in the heart of Old Town. You can walk to anywhere in the area including the ferry port and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Split again!

The view from the balcony, which is bigger than it was expected from the pictures made our evenings great and comfortable. We had such a wonderful time staying here. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Split, which is absolutely magical. But sometimes just sitting outside or in the hottub and staring at the beautiful scenery was enough for us. Such a wonderful luxurious experience - and a very special thanks to Katarina who was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Absolutely lovely place! Apartment has everything you would need. Very clean and cozy place, ideal fits family if three (2 adults and one teen). Tomislav and his wife are really nice people, very welcoming and supportive. The beach is in 3 min walks, many restaurants/cafes are close by, as well as couple of supermarkets. Split is 25 min drive by car/bus. We really enjoyed our 10-days stay, highly recommended to have relax vacation out of noisy city. My rating is 5/5!

Vanja's apartment was perfectly positioned for us. less than 15 minutes drive from the airport and directly opposite a little harbour and beach. kastel Luksic is almost in the middle of the Kastela region and it is possible to walk in either direction of the apartment and see all of the kastels with their historic buildings and fortresses. There are pubs and restaurants all along also and the B Cool Brewery just across the road is great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment had everything we needed for preparing simple meals. large fridge which was handy to keep lots of drinks cool. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was handy to have the washing machine. The only negative was the hot water didn't stretch to four of us for showers in the morning so we had to have 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening although we were unlucky to have a look of rain and wind but in really hot weather a colder shower would of been preferable probably.

Siniša apartment was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, the apartment is modern, very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We immediately felt right at home. Shops weren't too far of a walk, and anything drivable was easy to get to with Uber. Trogir was easily our favourite place over Split but we found many unique gems walking along the coast. I will definitely book again when I can!

Bruno took care of everything in advance. Private transfer from the airport was great. Was received by the brother who showed me everything on site. Accommodation was cozy, everything available and clean. Everything is within walking distance. Beach/sea almost at your doorstep. Sound location. Gladly again.

The apartment is located in a very peaceful and calm neighborhood and next to the beach, and close to the forest. Unfortunately, there is no shops near the apartment. When we arrived everything was clean and consistent with the description.

Sanja is a great host and was really proactive responding to messages from the initial booking to the check out. The apartment is perfect for a couple or 2 travellers and in a great location right next to the old town without being in a noisy area. The flat is as shown in the pictures, and in great condition when inside. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Split and would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay for a couple of days! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It truly exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Best location, best view, best rental I have ever stayed at in regards to having everything you need. Great bed, lots of hot water, groceries stores everywhere. We just really felt like we were home. When we come back next year if the rental is available we will definitely rent again.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It’s spacious and provided plenty of room to relax. The location is fantastic—nestled in a cozy and green area that’s both tranquil and beautiful. It’s just a short walk to the city center, so exploring local shops and restaurants was easy. Plus, being close to the beaches was a huge bonus; I could enjoy the sun and sea anytime I wanted. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

We spent few nights in Split. Accomodation was great: felt new and was absolutely clean. We knew beforehand that the location was not that close to center and relied mostly on Uber/Bolt. The neighbourhood had all the necessary services, but there wasnt too much to see. As long as that does not bother you, the accomodation was great with private parking place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Split.
