Boutique hotel vacation rentals in Split

We couldn't have imagined better. The location of the accommodation was perfect, on foot we were only 7 minutes from the center. We had a parking space right outside the door and were able to explore the main attractions comfortably without a car. Melanie was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was gorgeous. There was already a bed and toys ready for our little son when we arrived! We definitely recommend the place and would book it again anytime.

This is a hotel, so I understand lack of communication. Could have better photos to show where the entrance is though, some airbnbs just give longitude+latitude, which can be fairly annoying if you’re in a new city. Would still recommend tho, good for sleeping/chilling in for a few hours at a time. Could probably find better spots in Split as I was only in this room for 1 night, the other airbnbs options are better and maybe more historic.

Danijela was a great host. Met us on arrival and offered us a beverage in the lovely lounge overlooking the beach. She explained the amenities, private beach, loungers. Steps to the beach made it easy to access. Easy bus ride into Split Bus #60 (but quite a lot of traffic so not super quick) and bakeries and grocery stores close by. Parking is hard to access, down a steep driveway and tight to park but staff helped us turn around and watched for traffic for us to turn onto the highway so that was great.

Our stay was lovely from start to finish. She was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of places to go and eat. She welcomed us with a complimentary drink. Great place for a good price. Near the town by bus or drive. Overall a great stay!

This hotel is located a very short walking distance from old town and the beach. It was very clean and the staff was kind. The building is a bit strange as the hotel is located in what looks to be an abandoned shopping mall. Other than that, the price, cleanliness, and location makes staying here worth it!
