Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Split

10/10 apartment!! initially we were unsure about booking a place out of the main town in Split, but honestly did not regret it one bit! the beautiful view was so worth it, and the transport into Split old town was very easy and so cheap by bus, but we mostly ordered ubers as they were also very affordable. this apartment was so lovely and beautiful to wake up to the sea each morning with a coffee on the patio, a great balance from the busy town. there are supermarkets, a couple coffee shops, a bakery and a lovely restaurant all within walking distance so this was great. lily provided everything we needed and the place was clean and well maintained. lots of cooking equipment too! i definitely recommend this apartment, and thank you lily for being so responsive and accommodating.

Our stay was completely successful. The apartment was very clean and well maintained – you could really feel comfortable. The quiet surroundings were particularly pleasant, perfect for relaxing. Everything in kitchen utensils was available, so you could cook yourself in peace. The beach is about a 10-minute walk, which is absolutely fine. The beach itself is beautiful and invites you to take long walks along a long promenade. Everything you need – such as smaller shops or bakeries – is within easy reach. For larger purchases (e.g. at Lidl or Kaufland), however, a car is recommended, as these supermarkets are only in the direction of Split. By the way: Split can be reached in just 15–20 minutes by car and is definitely worth a visit. Conclusion: A great place to stay in a quiet location with good connections – we would come back anytime!

Me and my partner stayed at Miranda’s for a week for his birthday celebrations. The apartment was perfect for 2 people with everything you would need inside - towels, plenty of toilet rolls, kitchen utensils, coffee sachets/grounded coffee, sugar/spices and many many more. The view is absolutely stunning and you have blinds to keep away the very early sunrise for a bit more sleep. The location was perfect, very close to the public beach and very close (within a 15/20 min) walk to the main strip and town centre. Miranda was very responsive and allowed us to check in at a very late time due to our flights (around 23:30) and also due to not immediate guests she accommodate with us and let us check out a little later and also she made sure she kept our luggage safe as our flight was again a late one so we did not need to carry them around for the last few hours. Overall Miranda is a great host, very quick responsive, very nice and we 100% recommend her and her property!! Thank you!

The apartment was so well located that everything can be done on foot. Private parking is key in Split. There was no need to use the car at any time. The neighborhood is very quiet and a few blocks from the beach, the port to go to Hvar and the historic center. There is everything you need in the kitchen, it has a washing machine and the living room and bedroom are very spacious. It has giant closets. In short, perfect.

The unit was beautiful , very clean, well stocked with essentials, and had a great patio for relaxing and taking in the view. Would recommend and stay again if we return to Split. Any issues we ran into the host was very responsive and remedied any issues quickly.

Our family of 5 had a brilliant time staying in Filip’s amazing apartment! Stunning views over Split harbour and a real feel of modern luxury in the apartment - every appliance and piece of furniture was perfect and clean. Lidija, Filip’s mum welcomed us in to the apartment, showed us around and was really responsive throughout our stay - thank-you Lidija and Filip!

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming – she even baked delicious pastries for our arrival and gave us thoughtful little gifts! The space is exactly as shown in the pictures, with everything you need, including a washing machine. It’s a comfortable 20-minute walk from the city center, and there’s a garage available for parking. Plus, it’s conveniently located near a shopping mall. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The location was perfect, very walkable to all the local attractions. The space was roomy and comfortable for three people, giving us plenty of room to relax. A great choice for anyone looking to explore the area with ease.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

Very responsive host who was very accommodating. Villa was lovely on the inside with a great pool and a perfect space for people to relax and hang out. Would definitely come back soon.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

Gorgeous! The views from this appartment are stunning! You can see the water from the living room where we you can sit right by the window! We enjoyed the view every chance we got. But be ready to walk up few flights of stairs, that’s how you get the view! We were three staying and had plenty of room. The couch is pull out so we each had our own bed to sleep in. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked to cook dinner. The appartement is in a quiet area yet very close to restaurants and the Riva, great location. I would gladly book again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation! We booked a workation for a team of four, and the space was perfect for balancing privacy with opportunities to work collaboratively. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, from well-equipped workspaces to comfortable living areas. The location was also ideal, allowing us to enjoy the area during our downtime. Marko and Marija were responsive and made sure we had a seamless stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a productive and relaxing getaway!

The accommodation is very modern and extremely clean. You have air conditioning in every room. The hostess has always been available. She even sent me a map of where you can park your car for free. Very accommodating and friendly. Next time I will book with her again. It is a must!!

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!
