Vacation rentals with a patio in Split

Lovely, clean, modern apartment. It had everything we needed and was spotless. 10 minutes to Split by train and local shops in easy reach. Ivan was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful flat in the heart of split, within walking distance of all the sights of the old town and city centre. We really enjoyed our stay and the apartment was extremely comfortable for a few days. Great shower and one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in! Check in was very simple, and the host's instructions were very clear and friendly. Great value for money and would love to stay again on our next visit. The only thing that could be improved would be to provide a few basic amenities such as shower gel or salt/pepper/cooking oil etc and maybe some coffee. The kitchen is fabulously equipped, but these items are a bit of a pain to buy if only staying for a weekend.

Dieses AirBnB war mit Abstand das schönste, das ich bisher gemietet habe! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und gastfreundlich und schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem Gastgeschenk überrascht. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir zahlreiche tolle Tipps bekommen, was wir in und um Split unternehmen können. Besonders schön war auch, dass wir über Ostern dort waren und sogar einen traditionellen Osterkuchen von unseren Gastgebern bekommen haben, eine wunderbare Geste, die uns sehr berührt hat. Die Unterkunft selbst war blitzsauber, gut eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen: angenehm ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden. In etwa 20 bis 25 Minuten kann man gemütlich zu Fuß in die Altstadt spazieren, alternativ fährt ein Bus, dessen Haltestelle nur etwa fünf Gehminuten entfernt ist. Alles war einfach rundum wunderbar, und wir kommen sehr, sehr, sehr gerne wieder!

We had a fantastic stay in Split! The apartment was just as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We especially loved the location; many attractions and restaurants were within walking distance. Emili was very friendly and helpful. Communication was smooth, and check-in and check-out was not complicated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation!

Enkel incheckning och fantastisk trevlig värd. Fanns kaffe och te på rummet. Fin uteplats för frukost och ett glas vin på kvällen. Nära till grönområden och gamla stan.

Genial, todo según había visto, incluso mejor, el apartamento súper amplio en todos los aspectos. Ubicación con amplias opciones para conocer tanto Split como pueblos cercanos con un encanto especial. En nuestro caso con coche que nos permitía movernos con facilidad. Sin duda recomendable en su totalidad. Ante, pendiente en todo momento desde los días previos hasta la llegada y durante toda la estancia, algo de agradecer para hacerte sentir como en casa.

Mieszkanie duże, przestorne, czyste. Kuchnia dobrze wypasażona, jednak czasami brakowało drobiazgòw (np., korkociąg, czajnik). Balkon duży, na przeciwko kościoła, co sprawiało pewny problem w godzinach porannych, gdy zaczynało się dzwonienie. Mnie osobiście to nie przeszkadzało, jednak żona się budziła. Dużym plusem uważam znajdujące się na parterze domu pizzeria (gorąco polecam), sklep spożywczy oraz knajpa. Ostrzegam właścicieli dużych samochodów - wjazd i wyjazd na parking podziemny jest bardzo wąski, co może stanowić problem, w szczególności wyjazd. Dojazd samochodem do lepszych plaży Splita oraz do pałacu Diokleciana trwal około 15-20 minut. Właściciele bardzo pomocne. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam jak bardzo udany.

Od samego przyjazdu nie mogliśmy uwierzyć w tak piękne miejsce apartament jak nowy wyposażony dosłownie we wszystko. Po wyjściu pokazuje się piękny port natomiast po 10min spa eru piękne plaże mnóstwo restauracji i pysznego jedzenia. Nasz urlop trwał tyło tydzień ale to był jeden z najlepszych jakie zapamiętamy. Gospodarz jak duch przynosił nam rzeczy o które prosiliśmy gdy mieliśmy jakieś pytania w parę minut otrzymywalismy odp pokierowała nas gdzie iść co zwiedzić aby pobyt na długo został w naszych głowach. A great villa. Really close to a lovely stretch of coast, the pool and front garden catch the sun for almost all of late morning and the afternoon. Ana is super responsive if anything goes wrong and even came at 23:30 at night for one issue.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, haben uns direkt bei der Ankunft durch die Wohnung geführt und Empfehlungen für sämtliche Restaurants und Unternehmungen mitgegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert! Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

The place was really nice, a walking distance from the old town, it was really clean, check in was easy, the instructions to find the house was clear and the host was really responsive and helpful overall. Definitely would visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect—close enough to walk to all the main tourist places but just far enough from the busy tourist crowds. The place was spotless, and everything was exactly as described in the listing and photos. Karlo was an amazing host, very friendly and responsive, and he was super accommodating with check-in and check-out times. I loved that this Airbnb is actually two completely separate apartments, which worked perfectly for us. Karlo also provided fantastic local recommendations that made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

Cvjetana und Čedna waren super freundlich und hilfreich. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und duftete nach Blumen und Citrusfrüchten. Die Zimmer waren genau wie auf den Fotos und die Better sehr bequem. Ein großes Plus sind die zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche, da wir sieben Personen waren. Alles in allem Top Lage und Top Apartment.

Unsere Tage in der Unterkunft waren wunderschön! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde direkt alles wichtige gezeigt. Vinko ist ein toller Gastgeber und konnte uns gut mit Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Nähe beraten. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit, ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, der nächste Supermarkt und Restaurant sind circa 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus ist umgeben von vielen Olivenbäumen und die aussieht auf die Stadt einmalig! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Amazing stay at Zeljanas , she was the most lovely host I've ever met, made us feel at home straight away! She went above and beyond for us, we had everything we needed and more. Very responsive to messages :) The apartment was super clean, up to date and comfortable. A 10 minute uber ride into the center and a huge shopping mall only 10 minute walk away. Theres a free car parking spot right outside the apartment which was also a bonus. Bed was super comfy, slept well every night! I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Split or nearby , can't fault anything :)

This is a fantastic place to rest and relax. Damira is extremely gracious leaving the essentials in the fridge, along with an amazing birthday cake for my husband. It really is home from home, with the addition of a swimming pool. The outside cooking and dining area was sublime. I have no reservations in recommending this property. Damira deserves the 5 stars she receives from all that stay. Thank you

Lokalizaja idealna na wypady w okoliczne miejscowości i plaże. W mieszkaniu czujesz się jak u siebie, kuchnia wyposażona w pełni wszystko jest sprawne, łazienka czysta i wszechstronna. Łóżka duże i bardzo wygodne. W salonie telewizor na którym można zalogować się na swój Netflix.

Great apartment outside of the hustle of old town but easily walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. We especially appreciated the proximity to the Marjan forest park which was lovely to walk/swim/explore. We were only in town for one day/night and Dragana was kind enough to accommodate early check in so we could head to the apartment right from our ferry - and even left us some complimentary beer for our arrival! Would recommend and stay again if we’re back in Split.

I loved the location. Short drive to beaches & the marina. Beautiful view from the patio. Pero was a wonderful host & extremely helpful.

[ + ] Bikes, kitchen, beautiful neighborhood. [ - ] Dilapidated old mattress, slow upload on WiFi. Not perfect, but the love and attention to detail is apparent throughout. Gorgeous area, too.

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!

Ivana was a great host, she arranged a taxi to our arrival and helped with everything, from suggesting places to checking in/out. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and modern. Thanks to the air conditioning and the fan in each room, the apartment was pretty fresh. I think the location is the perfect compromise for a more quiet spot and beaches. Also getting to the center of Split is fairly easy, a 15 minute drive even if at some times there is a lot of traffic. Our stay was amazing, we had everything we needed at Ivana’s place, we highly recommend it.

Nous y avons passé une nuit et tout était comme décrit ! Bonus le matin en ouvrant les volets : vu sur la mer. Facile d’accès, et possibilité de se garer directement en bas du logement. L’hôte nous a laissé des instructions claires pour une arrivée autonome.
