Miejsce jest naprawdę urocze i w pełni zgodne ze zdjęciami. Miejsce jest zadbane i czyste. Wyposażone w najważniejsze rzeczy jak garnki, sztućce i pełna zastawa. Do tego w kuchni da się znaleźć podstawowe przyprawy, kawę, herbatę a nawet toster. W łazience była suszarka i zostawione dla nas jednorazowe próbki kosmetyków i ręczniki. Łóżka wygodne. A do tego ten przepiękny widok na góry codziennie rano i 10minut pieszo na stok w pełnym stroju narciarskim. Miejsce jest zdecydowanie warte swojej ceny, ma swój urok a lokalizacją wygrywa. Do tego bardzo komunikatywny właściciel i zawsze chętny do pomocy. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Casa Neve Livia was a really beautiful apartment just in heart of Bad Gastein. We spent a very nice holiday week snowboarding and pampering our sore feet at nearby spas. The apartment was very clean and it was just as described. Communicating with the owner was nice and easy and also the local key holder Aleksandra earns a special thanks for the immediate assistance. Especially the kitchen facilities and the living room and dining areas are great. We really appreciated the laundry possibilities as well. Although the apartment itself is great, I think it's fair to mention two things for future visitors about the environment: 1) Bad Gastein village and the apartment are in middle of very steep hill, so there's quite a warm-up ascend when walking to the Stubnerkogel main lift. 2) During evening times the after ski music from the many nearby bars and outdoor venues can be quite audible to the apartment. Despite of that, we had a great holiday in Gastein valley and in Casa Neve!

Stayed at Cornelias with my husband and 7 month old daughter. We loved the area and the view! So beautiful!! We took a swim everyday at the small dock. Water is clear!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung hat tollen Altbaucharme und in dem Ort gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das vegane Restaurant um die Ecke ist sehr zu empfehlen. Grade mit dem Auto sind von der Unterkunft viele tolle Ausflugsziele (Skipisten, Wanderwege, Thermen und Seen) zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Johannes war gut und die Wohnung ist an sich nett eingerichtet, hätte aber für unseren Geschmack an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas liebevoller sein können. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnid hat für uns gepasst.

We were really happy of our stay. The environment was great and the distance to the ski slope is unbeatable. All of the instructions were clear and the flat was corresponding to what we expected. We also went to Gasthof Sportalm, we would recommend the Gulashsuppe for anyone who wants to go.

Our stay was great, the apartment was nice and clea, with huge windows (watch out if you're sleeping on the sofa-bed, you'll get waken up at 7 am by the light) and a big balcony. The host was helpful before and during our stay, with the onyl catch of having to wait 1 hour to check-in despite having agreed on the check-in time with the hosts, as we found the cleaning staff still inside when we arrived.

Really enjoyed our stay! wifi for some remote work worked great, amazing that we could bring our dog, really nice natural light and parking right outside. unfortunately Airbnb shoes the location differently when booking so that was confusing. otherwise a great place!

We had an awesome stay at this apartment during our ski trip! The place is not only perfect for winter but also seems ideal for summer. The two spacious rooms are well-organized, and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed for our cooking adventures. The large terrace with a wooden table and lounge area made for great relaxation, and it's family-friendly with lots of toys and baby equipment. Even though we didn't get to use the electric barbecue due to the cold weather, we're looking forward to trying it out next time. Having parking in the building was super convenient. We loved our time here and definitely plan on coming back!

Wir waren wirklich schon in vielen Air BnBs aber das schräge Häusle hat alles übertroffen. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt eine große Anzahl an Gesellschaftsspielen (das Air Hockey war richtig lustig) und Büchern und alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Tresdorf ist eine tolle Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und andere Unternehmungen (zu empfehlen an dieser Stelle u.a. die Kräuterwanderung von Hana Lerchbaumer). Wir hatten mit unserem Hund Toni (sogar Futternäpfe und ein mobiler Zaun vorhanden), der sich sehr willkommen gefühlt hat, eine super Zeit. Wer Ruhe und Komfort sucht, wird beides finden. Wir sagen Danke, auch an den Gastgeber, der immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat und für uns erreichbar war. André, Regine + Toni

This is not just an Abnb, this is an experience… an amazing experience!!! The view of the mountains is just breathtaking. Highly recommended if you want privacy and relax in an unconventional structure.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war richtig gemütlich und super eingerichtet.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war einfach fantastisch. Es ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Besonders die großen Fenster machen den Aufenthalt so besonders – sei es beim Frühstück mit Blick ins Grüne oder abends gemütlich auf der Couch vor dem Kamin. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet – nicht nur mit allen Küchenutensilien und Maschinen, die man braucht, sondern auch mit vielen praktischen Dingen wie Salz, Öl, Pfeffer, Spülmaschinentabs oder Waschpulver und vieles mehr. Das macht den Aufenthalt angenehm unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Jaap war jederzeit herzlich, schnell und sehr aufmerksam. Man merkt, dass es ihm wirklich wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen – danke dafür. Ein besonderes Extra: Der Pool wird aktuell komplett neu gemacht. Wer im Sommer anreist, darf sich also auf einen ganz neuen, wunderschönen Pool freuen. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren schon zum 2ten Mal dort und kommen sicher wieder . Tolles Haus . Wir waren mit unseren Kids dort . Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad . Die Küche ist top ausgerüstet und alles ist picobello sauber . Perfekter Ort für eine entspannte Auszeit.

Wir haben uns sofort wie daheim gefühlt! Das Haus ist wunderschön und man kann absolute Ruhe genießen. Die Haushälterin Monika hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns das Haus wirklich blitzsauber übergeben. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst geschmackvoll und die Zimmer sehr großzügig. Wir durften uns von Heinrich auch durch das Schloss neben dem Forsthaus führen lassen, was sehr interessant war. Das Schloss wird wohl auch bald über Airbnb buchbar sein und ist mit Sicherheit ein tolles Erlebnis!

Tolles geräumiges Haus. Wir hatten mit 6 Leuten genug Platz. Auch die Terrasse und der eingezäunte Garten sind toll! Die Lage ist perfekt zum Wandern. Insbesondere mit Kindern gibt es viele tolle Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Ausflüge! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank!!

Nagyon szép környék és barátságos, segítőkész házigazdák. Holiday+ kártyát kaptunk, amellyel ingyen felvonózhattunk és strandolhattunk. Remekül éreztük magunkat.

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in dit appartement. Skibus voor de deur, je kan ook de faciliteiten van het hotel gebruiken. Rustige atmosfeer en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitstekende accommodatie met prima bedden, geen moment spijt gehad van onze boeking!

Anna's apartment is exactly what you need for a family skiing trip in Bad Kleinkirchheim. You can walk to the slope in less than 5 minutes. It is well furnished and very clean. Anna is also very responsive, and the instructions she sent us were super detailed and clear. Would recommend to anyone.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen was das Wohnen negativ beeinflusst. Wirklich eine tolle Wohnung mit einer sehr schönen Einrichtung! Die Ausstattung der Küche war leider, wie oft in weiteren Wohnungen, teilweise nicht ausreichend. Es gab keine Gewürze, Öl, Auswahl von schneide Brettchen, Pfannenwendern und Backpapier. Badezimmer hat leider keine verschließbare Tür, nur eine hängende Schiebetür, so ebenfalls auch beim Schlafzimmer. Dennoch, wenn man sich darauf Einstellt, wirklich super schön gelegen und für den Preis hervorragend. Sehr nette Vermieterin.

Linda und Ronald sind exzellente Gastgeber. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist herrlich. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Tal inklusive See. Perfekt zum entspannen. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Millstätter See und kann an der Promenade spazieren, baden gehen und in schönen Restaurants essen. Auch für einen aktiven Urlaub ist die Infrastruktur optimal. Schöne Fahrradstrecken und Wanderwege. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wir bestimmt wieder zu Linda und Ronald gehen und können jene als Gastgeber sowie ihre Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

A spacious and well appointed apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building is quiet, providing peace for you to enjoy the beautiful view over Lienz and the surrounding mountains. Guido is a responsive host. I hope we have an opportunity to return.
