Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in absoluter Ruhelage nur wenige Gehminuten von der Talstation Brunnachbahn entfernt. Also Ideal für alle, die quasi direkt auf die Piste starten möchten. (max 6) set up It's a 2-minute walk to the ski bus, a 4-minute walk to the historic center, and a 10-minute walk to the train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor at the back of the house. From there you can see a spectacular mountain panorama and parts of the historic town center. The apartment is a family-friendly, non-smoking apartment. Pets and parties are not permitted!

In summer you can explore the mountains from the huts.
