Very nice family owned hotel with apartments to rent in the middle of the mountains. We used the place to get out of the rain for a few days and were very happy with our choice. The fact that you get to use the wellness area for free and are greeted with a bottle of Prosecco, homemade delicious mustard and a bottle of sparking water on the house is the cherry on top. The host is very kind and friendly. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it.

Do not hesitate, book this one! Daniela and Andrey did an amazing job with their lovely Sunshine apartment at Rosie Design Chalet. The apartment was spotless, well-heated, modern, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. Bright and spacious, it also offered stunning mountain and slope views. We were two couples, each with a toddler, and having a private bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus. The apartment had good sound insulation, and the toys provided for the kids were a thoughtful touch. Since we traveled by car, private parking for both vehicles was a great convenience. The location is excellent,just a 5-10 minute walk to the Nockalmbahn gondola, which takes you straight to the slopes. In peak snowy season, this place is likely almost ski-in/ski-out. For other gondolas, you’ll need a car or can take the bus, which conveniently stops right next to the building. Daniela and Andrey were fantastic hosts, with clear communication before and during our stay. A fantastic value!

I can't put into words how incredible our stay at this enchanting house on the lake was. From start to finish, it was a truly magical experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and idyllic getaway. The house itself is a gem of architecture and design. With its large windows capturing the breathtaking view of the lake, and the cozy, tastefully decorated rooms, we felt at home from the first moment.

nicely refurbished appartment in a cozy authentic alpine house. Dishwasher and washing machine and a well equipped kitchen. The location near Oberdrauberg was awesome with good possibilities for klettersteige, hiking etc. in driving range. We will definantly come back to the area, and when we do, try to make new arrangements with Albert and Angelika for another stay.

The apartment is very nice. As soon as you enter the apartment, it smells pleasantly of pine wood. The beds are very comfortable and everything is sparkling clean. Stayed at Cornelias with my husband and 7 month old daughter. We loved the area and the view! So beautiful!! We took a swim everyday at the small dock. Water is clear!!

One of the most luxurious and with a sense of furnished houses I've been to. Every detail in this house shows a sophisticated taste and attention to comfort. The ambience is warm, aesthetic and at the same time functional – really a space that you have no problem calling a home away from home. If you are looking for a combination of luxury, peace and style, this is it. I'd love to come back!

We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful and you can enjoy absolute peace. The housekeeper Monika welcomed us very warmly and handed us the house really spic and span. The furnishings are extremely tasteful and the rooms very spacious. We were also allowed to be guided by Heinrich through the castle next to the forester's house, which was very interesting. The castle will probably also soon be bookable via Airbnb and is certainly a great experience!

The property is recommended, great view, quiet location, the host is always on site.

The house is wonderfully quiet and was exactly what we were hoping for – if not more! Especially the direct lake access with the SUPs was a real highlight. The house itself is spacious, very clean and cozy – you immediately feel at home. Norbert was a great host: helpful, friendly and always responded quickly. The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable with Daniel and Katrin. The upper floor was available to us alone with a private entrance and had everything you need. The surroundings on the mountain are beautiful and quiet. Katrin is super sweet and cordial and was always easily accessible. We would definitely come back:)
