Vacation rentals with a patio in Spittal an der Drau District

We had an excellent time staying in the apartment Maron. The apartment was very cosy and beautiful, and the location excellent. It was very easy to get the keys and check in, also to drop them back before we left. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well supplied with everything you'd need. There are several shops near by and the hosts provide you with all the information you need about the area. The ski lifts are less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment block and there are excellent ski rental places on the way. There is also a bus from just outside the door if you want to ski in another area. The boot/ski room was very handy too. We really enjoyed the Tiramisu from the Italian place and will definitely be back. We particularly enjoyed the fact that we could book the apartments as a group and that they are all side by side. Overall brilliant place and we would 100% recommend!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Schon beim Hineingehen in die Wohnung riecht es angenehm nach Zirbenholz. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist alles blitzeblank sauber. Der Checkin/Checkout war unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin Hanni ist eine ganz herzliche und freundliche Person. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Liebe Grüße Sabine + Familie

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass auch unser Hund willkommen war – absolut hundefreundlich! Die Nachbarschaft war angenehm ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, immer erreichbar und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Seine Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge waren Gold wert – so haben wir einige echte Highlights entdeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Stayed at Cornelias with my husband and 7 month old daughter. We loved the area and the view! So beautiful!! We took a swim everyday at the small dock. Water is clear!!

The Ulrike’s place was really even better than in the pictures. It’s very spacious. The price was reasonable (the peak of the winter skiing season) for the period we spent there 5 beautiful days. If you are a coffee lover, I would like to point out that there are two coffee machines at the kitchen what is not mentioned in the house’s profile. Ulrike is very responsive, so communication is perfect.

Wir waren wirklich schon in vielen Air BnBs aber das schräge Häusle hat alles übertroffen. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt eine große Anzahl an Gesellschaftsspielen (das Air Hockey war richtig lustig) und Büchern und alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Tresdorf ist eine tolle Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und andere Unternehmungen (zu empfehlen an dieser Stelle u.a. die Kräuterwanderung von Hana Lerchbaumer). Wir hatten mit unserem Hund Toni (sogar Futternäpfe und ein mobiler Zaun vorhanden), der sich sehr willkommen gefühlt hat, eine super Zeit. Wer Ruhe und Komfort sucht, wird beides finden. Wir sagen Danke, auch an den Gastgeber, der immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat und für uns erreichbar war. André, Regine + Toni

wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Es hat alles gepasst. Das ist sehr schön und genau wie beschrieben. Die Skipiste ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

If you are looking for absolute peace and beatifull surroundings, while having stores and gas stations at 10 minures drive, this is it. House is authentic old-style as it appears in photos, which gives you great local feel, perfectly maintained and spotlesly clean. We stayed in January and had a lovely time, and during spring and summer there is even more available activites arround. Hosts are caring and responsive, they provide petfectly clear instructions and suggestions for the area. Great stay.

The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

The villa is beautiful, modern, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything related to the villa was perfect, from the parking space for four cars to the spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The living room with the fireplace and kitchen added to the overall enjoyment. The terrace and garden with a barbecue are a special highlight, where we spent most of our time, enjoying the stunning view. We would definitely return again.

Dies war unser vierter Aufenthalt bei Simone und es hat wieder alles zu 100% gepasst. Alles sehr sauber, ein große Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie ein herrlich duftendes und liebevolles dekoriertes Schlafzimmer Wir kommen natürlich sehr gerne wieder ☺️

Krásné klidné místo. Na sjezdovky Heidi-Alm je to cca 2 minuty autem. Ideální středisko pro malé děti. Horská chata je plně vybavená, vše bylo nachystáno, nic nám nechybělo. Nám se dovolená moc líbila a rádi se vrátíme třeba i na letní dovolenou. Christine je skvělá hostitelka. Můžeme všem jen doporučit a Christine velmi poděkovat za krásné zimní prázdniny.

Luogo fantastico, casa spaziosissima e nuova. Il punto forte è il giardino. Stare li al tramonto e accendre il caminetto, è un’esperienza fantastica. Consiglio a tutti. Grazie infinite Julia

Geweldig sfeervol verblijf op een prachtlocatie! Dichtbij de piste. Je bent in 2 min. op de parkeerplaats vd Brunnachbahn.. Lekker kunnen skiën en snowboarden, gezellige hutjes op de berg, waar je heerlijk kunt lunchen. We waren met het gezin (2 dochters van 15 en 17 ) en de hond. Ook genoeg plekken waar de hond vrij los kon lopen. Echt een aanrader!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Balkon zum See, ein sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, 2 WC's, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und eine Terrasse haben wir vorgefunden. Besonders schön als Familie mit Kindern, es gab etwas Spielzeug (Lego Duplo und Puzzle). Das absolute Highlight ist der private Strandzugang mit Trapolin, Rutschen, Schaukeln, Tretboot und SUP's zur freien Benutzung. Der See ist im Sommer angenehm warm und bietet Trinkwasserqualität. Unsere Gastgeber Anton und Margot waren stets freundlich und haben uns alles ausführlich gezeigt. Gerne wieder und für einen längeren Zeitraum!

Anna's apartment is exactly what you need for a family skiing trip in Bad Kleinkirchheim. You can walk to the slope in less than 5 minutes. It is well furnished and very clean. Anna is also very responsive, and the instructions she sent us were super detailed and clear. Would recommend to anyone.

Tolle Unterkunft, Lage zentral. Super ausgestattet für Kinder. Die Sofas sind ab 2 Nächte nicht wirklich bequem zum Schlafen. Daher ist die Unterkunft eher für 2 Personen perfekt.

Wir verbrachten über die Neujahrstage eine tolle Zeit im Casa de la Paz mit unseren beiden Golden Retrievern. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich riesig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Ausblick auf die Berge und den See aus dem Wohn- und Essbereich sowie dem Panoramaschlafzimmer ist fantastisch. Das große Badezimmer mit moderner Dusche und Badewanne ist hervorragend, auch wenn es im Winter manchmal etwas kühl für unseren Geschmack ist. Die Wohnung hat jedoch nur eine Toilette, die sich nicht im Bad befindet. Das war für uns nicht weiter schlimm, nur unerwartet. :) Als Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge und Wanderungen in und um Kärnten ist die Lage wirklich super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zudem ist die Lage klasse – ruhig und etwas abgelegen an einem Berghang, direkt am Feld. Für uns als Hundebesitzer ist das ein Traum. Andrea und Domenik sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :)

We stayed here for a Month and enjoyed the apartment a lot. 10 minutes walk to the center and skibus just outside. Nice with sun at the afternoon on the balcony. Elisabeth was very friendly and helpful.

Overall we had a great time at Johanna’s place. The apartment is located in a fairly large house with multiple other flats. Just 5 walking minutes away there is a bus going to all major skiing resorts every half an hour. The only downside for larger groups might be that half of the bedrooms are quite open and cannot really be closed or isolated in some way.
