Very nice, spacious and bright apartment. Dogs were welcome and they also felt comfortable. ☺️ The apartment was super cleaned before our entrance! We would have liked to have stayed longer...

Very nice apartment, ideally located if you want to ski. The ski bus is right on the street in front of the house. There is a ski cellar with lockable boxes for the skis and ski boots. Very tastefully decorated and everything you need to take care of yourself. We have been there several times and would be happy to come back.

The stay at Klaus was really very nice. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt comfortable and at home from the beginning. The apartment is very cozy, especially the living room with fireplace and balcony was great. Everything was clean and well equipped, it was quiet and just the right place to relax. Klaus and Hedwig were very friendly and helpful. We are very grateful for our time in Dornbirn, a really nice place with wonderful nature nearby.

The accommodation met all the expectations we had of it; the very good ratio of quality, comfort, equipment, and price.

Great place to stay, I will book again without a doubt. Very close to the Bahnhof and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The views from the apartment are amazing and the place feels like home. Host is a nice person.

The first time driving, you almost let your heart stand. Curvy narrow mountain road with fantastic views. You get used to driving quickly. The warm welcome also included a super tasty bottle of its own apple juice in the fridge.... The apartment is under the owners' apartment.... and agreements worked quickly and simply at all times. The apartment has two bedrooms and is more than sufficient for a family with one or two children. Indoor bathroom with tub is also spacious. Only you have to leave the light on for some time after showering or bathing so that the trigger gets the moisture away. Kitchen has everything you need in an apartment.... Even a dishwasher!! (There is no microwave.... but do you need that? We didn't miss it.) There is life in the house, at night you can hear maximum the village cats or the rippling of the rain and the roaring of the thunder. Tours can also start directly at the house.

We visited for the 2nd time and it was great again. The apartment is quietly located and you can get everywhere quickly by car. Gladly come back.

Very nice upstairs apartment with balcony overlooking the mountains. Good amenities in the kitchen and a comfortable bed. Clean and without unnecessary stuff. The practical parking space in the underground parking lot, from where the apartment is easily accessible, completes the feel-good package. The school across the street has a break between 10-11am, there is of course noise but otherwise there is no inconvenience due to the location. Very convenient are also the two shopping facilities, one about 10, the other maybe 100 meters away from the apartment access.

The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere due to the pine wood, I felt very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even a dishwasher is provided. From the small balcony you have a wonderful view of the Vinschgau and the mountain peaks all around. Perfect for hiking, but also for relaxing and enjoying. In the village there are many restaurants that are also within walking distance with a little walk. Also practical is the South Tyrol card for train and bus as well as the card for the swimming pool! Markus and his wife are very helpful and warm and were always available when there was something.

Lovely spacious apartment that suited us well. A few peculiar little things: - Coffee capsules are only available for purchase in the vending machine in the underground parking lot. Nice capsules with elaborate Relaxed Urban Living branding, but a distinction between the two varieties is not possible. One is probably decaffeinated, so you just have to know or be lucky. The machine swallowed the €2 but then gave nothing out. The capsules are also available in the Spar next door. A few included capsules would probably not cut too much into the margin. - A few pictures on the walls or a nightstand would make the whole thing more homely. The minimalist style fits anyway, but that's just cell phone and glasses on the floor. Communication worked well and a second key that I asked for promptly appeared. The washing machine in the apartment was unexpected and was a plus. Not every apartment has one.

Very nice apartment 5 minutes from cross-country ski slopes, 2 minutes from the grocery store and in the heart of the village of Seefeld to enjoy restaurants and shops. It's all about walking. We could communicate easily with the host and the accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. Perfect for a stay with friends or family. I recommend it!

The communication with Jürgen was great! When we entered the accommodation, we felt right at home and the layout was great for our group consisting of two families. The location of the apartment and the view were just beautiful. There are also plenty of parking spaces available. The apartment and Jürgen as providers are definitely recommended.

The apartment is very practical and ideally located to discover the region with children. Shopping and train station / post bus within walking distance. The view from the balcony and from the kitchen to the village and the mountains is wonderful! Alessandra is very helpful and responded quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful place and amazing location i highly recommend it

Dear Daniela, We stayed with you for 4 days and we enjoyed it so much that we will definitely come back. The place was just a dream, very well maintained, nicely decorated, super clean and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the mountains in the pool is simply excellent. The coffee tasted excellent. We would always stay with you again, there was simply nothing missing. Your homemade honey and delicious schnapps were also very tasty. Thank you for everything and that we were allowed to be there and spent four wonderful days. Dream house and absolutely stunning location! Would happily stay again

great place to stay. The accommodation is on the ground floor and the host lives above. Very discreet, responsive and very friendly. The accommodation is great, everything is included, you feel right at home. The large grassy grounds, jacuzzi and pool are really very enjoyable in any season. The accommodation is close to Lindau center by car and very close to all the attractions in the area. In conclusion, this accommodation was perfect for a relaxing extended weekend!

You arrive at the accommodation thanks to the directions given and you are at home! Very well equipped, local products, everything to make you a meal. If you need anything, it's present in the accommodation, whether it's food, towels or robes, hobbies, tourist information, bandages , wood to heat you up. The sauna and jacuzzi are very pleasant after a day of hiking. The only downside is the room and its accessibility. A miller's ladder gives you access to a very low attic room. You have to bend to get into the bed. This is not suitable for the elderly with knee problems. I would recommend this place to friends.

Great and clean house, just like in the description and pictures. Very tastefully furnished and equipped. Perfect starting point for hikes and only a 15-minute walk to the village center to Garmisch. Emre is a super nice and accommodating host who was always available and left nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable and would immediately choose it again.
