Mezzanine with 2 separate sleeping places with 2x 120 cm beds at one end and 150 cm double bed at the opposite end. Well-equipped kitchen with all facilities. Cozy and charming granary near Drammen, but still very rural on Svarterud farm. The granary is located on a traditional farmyard together with a large barn, 2 residential houses, an outdoor room and an orangery. In the yard, 2 sisters live in their own houses with their families and pets. The forest is in the immediate vicinity. Please note that the property does not have a full bathroom, but a toilet room as shown in the picture. Possibility to use bath/shower and outdoor room or orangery for evening cos or breakfast on request.

The house is 94 sqm and contains two large bedrooms, a small bathroom with heated floors, large and spacious entrance, new kitchen and large living room with two large sofas that can be used as beds. Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Welcome to us! Right by the field with beautiful hiking trails and bathing water 300 meters from the house. Beautiful view! We have decorated a nice apartment on the 2nd floor of our home, and welcome you to shorter or longer stays in Røyken, two kilometers from the station. You share the entrance with us, but otherwise have a separate unit with a living room and three bedrooms (one with a kitchenette) and a large and spacious bathroom.

Summer cottage with beach access!

Charming little cabin with good sun conditions and close to a sheltered beach. Great views. Bus directly to the center of Drammen takes 15 minutes. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the cabin. Free parking - 2 spaces, 1 space in the carport. Outdoor area, sunny and cozy small garden. Peaceful and peaceful place. There's a steep hill up to the house. In the winter time it can be slippery. Gravel and rake tools are available.
