The place is really great, and I already want to come back. Even though the photos are accurate, the place is much nicer than the pictures tell you. It's a completely furnished appartment, absolutely nothing is missing. Everything is very well kept, and even the kitchen looks brand new. Giovanna also was very flexible with our check in and check out, and she is a really nice and attentive host.

Michèle’s apartment is a dream. It’s pretty surreal to sit on the terrace and watch people drive up to the parking lot just to enjoy the view of the bay and the nearby islands, while you’re sitting 40 meters higher, enjoying the Premium Deluxe view every day. This view is simply priceless, and you almost regret every excursion you take because you miss out on enjoying it every second. The apartment is also strategically located on the island of Sardinia. Apart from the house beach, which is just a 5-minute walk via stairs, some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches are reachable by car in 10 to 20 minutes. The apartment is part of a complex with a reception, so any problems are quickly resolved. Michèle is always responsive, replying within minutes to help with any small issues. The complex also has several restaurants with a stunning terrace and a swimming pool. The apartment itself is well-equipped, ideal for four people. We really enjoyed our stay at Isa and Boris' bungalow! The bungalow is extremely well equipped, with air conditioning, TV, quality kitchen utensils, full appliances (and more!). Isa welcomed us very warmly and was always available to help us. The site's private beach is very nice, and the accommodation is within walking distance of Brandinchi Cove, a beautiful beach. Highly recommended!

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!
