We felt welcomed as soon as we opened the door. Great place to stay if you are in the Finger Lakes area, spacious living room with wifi and TV, the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, beautiful views from the balcony. Overall a nice and peaceful place to stay, looking forward to comeback!

If i could give Alicias place 100 stars i would. It is tucked away in a nice quiet area! The place had such a cozy feel and anything you could possibly need was there. It was immaculately clean!! The linens on the bed were wonderful as well! I wished i could have stayed longer! I hope to visit this place again!

Nothing but good things to say. The space was clean, well lit and comfortable. Really appreciated the coffee bar, snacks & drinks in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable, got a much better night of sleep than I’ve ever gotten staying in a hotel. Would definitely recommend to a friend & would stay here again for sure. Great value for sure!

Had everything I needed for my stay while working at Southern Tier Imaging. Southern tier is in Johnson city and about 15-20 min drive . This place has easy parking , close to Dunkin and Batch coffee and has hot shower with nice water pressure. Short drive to splash car wash ( I recommend getting the monthly pass if you are here for the winter as you can get unlimited washes for 40.00 a month and first month was 20.00. Short drive to Starbucks and shopping plaza and price chopper grocery store . My cat was allowed to be with me for the stay as well.
