The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

The Annexe is a self-contained interior designed studio apartment, adjacent to a Victorian mill house and set in beautiful gardens. We are perfectly positioned for visits to London, Windsor and Eton, as well as being a five minute taxi ride from Heathrow T4/5. Parking is free in our gated car park whilst you are staying with us. And if you are flying from Heathrow and need somewhere for your car whilst you are away you can leave it with us for a small daily charge (by prior arrangement).

A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Relax in this modern, calm, stylish space, a new addition integral to our family home. Parking on road. The living area has a very comfortable sofa bed. We are 12 mins walk from Sunbury Main line train station with trains direct to London or short bus ride to Feltham station with fast trains to London Waterloo. Close to Heathrow airport, Kew Gardens, Hampton Court, Twickenham, BP village. 10 minutes walk from the village with good pubs and restaurants. Walking distance to Kempton Park.

Our ground floor studio apartment is conveniently located to Amersham town centre with easy access to London via the Metropolitan and Chiltern lines. The apartment is attached to our house with its own private entrance. It consists of a fully fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable, cosy bedroom and its own secluded patio. Located in a quiet Close, with footpath access to Amersham town centre with numerous shops and restaurants. Close by is the historic town of Old Amersham.

Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free. EV charging available at extra cost.

Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

"The Annexe" is adjacent to our house and is located in Sunbury in a quiet private location overlooking an urban city farm. It is within distance to Sunbury village, the river Thames with fantastic pubs and restaurants. It is close to Hampton Court, Kempton Park, Train stations to Waterloo and Sandown park.
