Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

Pretty garden room in courtyard setting

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

I was looking for a place to stay close to my university in South Kensington and found this place fitting all my needs. It was in a very convenient location, only a 20 min walk from university. It had student friendly prices, especially when compared to surrounding places that were extremely pricey. And most importantly, it was clean and was readily equipped with all things required for a lovely stay. I did not need to buy anything after moving in as everything I needed was already there. Moving in was a breeze with the owner’s rapid response and digital lock door. Also the bathroom was spacious and very well designed. My favorite part of my stay was that it was silent and very peaceful, there were no persistent car noises that are typical in central areas of london. Though there were a few things that could’ve been fixed such as the table and some faulty drawers, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Kensington and especially for those on a budget.

We had a wonderful stay at Apple Tree Cottage. My partner had to work in the day so I was often on my own, however, I felt totally safe and comfortable. The cottage offers a bolt hole from every day life, beautifully decorated with the cosy log fire, a tub big enough to soak in, a super comfy bed and thoughtful touches that makes your stay special. The views were stunning, admired from the hot tub and the porch swing. The wildlife from deer to donkeys were a highlight of the stay. We loved bobbing about on the lake in the rowing boat provided, and watching the stars and full moon at night. We also walked for miles as you are free to explore the farm and beyond. It probably goes without saying that we did not want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay, for being so responsive whilst offering privacy, and for sharing your little piece of heaven with us. A relaxing and restorative holiday.

Me and my partner went away for a couple of nights and wanted to extend our visit somewhere and luck would have it we found the cute cottage! We felt so comfortable and at home here! The hosts were fantastic and welcoming! The views were beautiful and surroundings were stunning! Couldn’t ask for anything more! Would definitely recommend and will be returning! Our Stay at Orznash Farm was amazing. We have stayed at AirBnB's all over the U.S. and Europe and this was one of our top experiences. The home is absolutely amazing. The design and decorations are beautiful and the setting in the English Countryside was so relaxing and beautiful. Upon arrival, Karen, greeted us made us feel right at home immediately. She was so thoughtful in recognizing that we were celebrating our daughter's graduation and she had an amazing bottle of bubbly waiting for us. We also had delicious breakfast items for our entire stay. Can't say enough about what a great experience we had at Orznash Farm. Highly recommend it!

Terraced cottage 10 minutes walk t the centre of Windsor, 2 minutes walk to the river. Walk into town was via the river path or park area, easy and pleasant. House had all the amenitities we needed we felt very comfortable. Andrew gave helpful directions, restaurant and other local ideas and was very approachable if needed.

It was a very memorable experience to stay at Amberley farm . This was our first experience glamping. The hosts were lovely, they made us feel at home and provided a lovely selection for breakfast (including eggs from their farm ). We were introduced to many friendly animals and got to hold the baby goats and chicks. The tent was clean and was decorated beautifully and felt comfortable during the night. A highlight was making bonfires and having an open and safe space for our children to run around and play. We recommend for light sleepers to bring ear plugs as the planes can get quite loud at night. We totaly recommend Amberly farm as a wonderful glamping experience and are grateful for the warmth and generosity of the hosts .

Kat and Jamie are gracious hosts who are very responsive and helpful with recommendations and easy to follow directions for accessing the flat. The flat is spacious and comfortable. It is a warm space that is easy to feel at home in while visiting London. The location is excellent. Away from the crowds of the city but close to Bermondsey street that has good restaurants and pubs. It is also about 12 minutes walk to the Underground. Kat was helpful as we were figuring out the washer/dryer and shower and she sent over an extra fan on a warm day. There is no air conditioning in the flat but with the windows open there air circulation is good. We’d recommend Kat’s place!

Honestly one of the nicest places I've ever stayed! I love the feeling of really being in the countryside, while still being very handy for amenities. I stayed here with my English Cocker Spaniel as a base to visit friends in Godalming. The surroundings are perfect for long dog walks, with intertwining paths stretching for miles in pretty much every direction. The bothy itself is beautiful - well furnished and nicely decorated, while being so cosy and comfortable. It's also well packed out with everything you need, and more (I didn't use the soda stream myself but love that they've got so much for guests there. Nicola was so thoughtful - there was wine, bread, eggs, milk and orange juice waiting for me - and she popped over at the start to make sure I had everything I needed, and was full of local recommendations. Brilliant - highly recommend!
