A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. The perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

We stayed in the house for just over two weeks and had a fantastic stay The house is well thought out and has everything you want The surroundings are magical and the views are stunning The pool is large, new and cleaned several times a week Valerio & Susan were great hosts and arranged brand new children's accessories to make our stay even better (we traveled with children 1 year & 5 years) Restaurant tips and tips for excursions nearby were very good, made our whole stay special We would be glad to come back
